If the man was actually in as good of a situation he was physically demonstrating, he would definitely have the strength to finish off Noah at any moment, since now Noah might not even have the strength to think fast enough to understand the trajectory of the man's attacks and dodge them, much less counterattack after successfully dodging. Noah wasn't even sure he would succeed if he tried to dodge those skills.
