" Princess Iris, You have to come with me " spoke a voice raising one of his eyebrows that had her eyes go in fear ." Just let me finish my painting ", she replied, rubbing at the base of her neck. Iris stood up to draw her sword hesitantly. She thought of a way to escape as he could decipher through her lies, unable to compete with his tremendous strength. The only route was to run deeper into the forest.

Some of you might be aware of lucid dreams. You may have experienced it. Some dreams seem to be pleasant memory or a nightmare that we can still remember even today. Dreams are a universal human experience described as a state of consciousness characterized by sensory, cognitive, and emotional occurrences during sleep. But what if it becomes a reality?

Iris Everton was an exceptionally beautiful young lady. She had a sculpted figure which was twine-thin. She had a burnished complexion. A pair of arched eyebrows looked down on sweeping eyelashes. Her delicate ears framed a button nose. A set of dazzling, angel-white teeth gleamed as she blew gently on her carmine-red fingernails. It was a pleasure to see her flowing, moon shadow-golden hair. Her enticing, constellation-brown eyes gazed at the sky over her puffy, heart-shaped lips.

The sweet perfume of the sturdy, beautiful cherry blossom tree inside the forest made the perfect location for Iris to sit and draw a portrait of the lovely nature. The scenic beauty around was enchanting to her eyes. Iris continued to paint when a prince came rushing towards her. He had a Mohican cut and scythe-shaped eyebrows. His Roman nose and half-dome cheekbones sat above an oaken jaw.

The Prince chased her as she ran into the forest without any remote thought. His wrestler's shoulders were part of his burly physique. He walked with a tiger-like tread and his nomad-blue eyes twinkling. They were Saturn round. His bass voice was a big part of his ambitious character.

The forest floor was crinkly when Iris walked on it. The smell of freshly-pressed laundry was present. She was consumed by her thoughts, running unarmed and recklessly. Iris looked back to see the Prince that disappeared from her sight after a while. "You can't keep up with my speed " she mumbled with glee. She was relieved putting her guard down, only to come across a gigantic oak tree.

The rain was pouring down heavily on the ground. A flash of lightning struck through the dark sky, illuminating the surroundings for a few seconds. The thunder kept rumbling continuously, and the branches of trees swayed vigorously from the strong wind. The dry leaves were scattered on the ground, falling from that enormous tree, only the branches were visible Iris hid beside that tree unaware of what lies inside there.

She went closer to the tree and saw a black emerald ring. It appeared to be covered in the tree's branches, it was stuck and seemed dusty. Iris was mesmerized by its majestic, illuminating appearance. She took it in her pocket before the knight could catch her. Iris went away from that place to escape the night until she noticed a luminous figure following her every footstep.
