5 Chapter 5: Level 2
It was already night when Lucas reaches their home, the hospital doctors still delay the process of his release for a quiet sometime. Unfortunately, they did not manage to learn anything as if there were no sign of injury.
"You two should sit down at the sofa and watch some show on the television, I will go at the kitchen to prepare our dinner" his mother said. She was currently arranging the item that they purchase on the way since they happen to pass the market.
After dinner, Lucas has some talk on his mother and sister before he enters his bedroom. Inside, he was looking at the System Panel.
He first observes the changes in his strength since he gotten an addition 1 point on it.
'My strength had increased by 50 kg when the when the point was added to my strength ' .
The addition of speed and defense was yet to be confirmed since there was no chances to test it. Being curious, he added another point to his strength attribute to confirm his theory. After adding, he punches at the air, the strength of his punch blew the curtain that cover the open window.
Lucas smiled while looking at his fist. He estimated that the power of the punch is not less than 330kg. To be precise his theory was correct that every point on his strength was equivalent to 50 kg. which is close enough to the power of a 2 Star Beginner Warrior.
Then, he proceeds to his vitality and intelligence. The remaining A/P on his panel was distributed to these two attributes.

The number of increase in Health and Mana was unexpected to Lucas, but he already knows that placing points to these two attributes will increase the Health and Mana.
Lastly, the regeneration skill was still untested beside the first time that he was bind by the System he already have this skill. He did not know how he have it, the appearance of skill was not announced by the system.
To test the regeneration ability, Lucas takes the scissor that lying on the table and pierce it on his palm. After a while, Lucas manage to make a cut on his palm. Looking at the wound,the regeneration ability was activated, it was healing on a phase that was visible on the naked eye. Within a minute, the wound was completely healed.
Lucas was happy to the result of his experiment. This skill was practically useful specially when adventuring. Still the skill was also taking a portion of his mana, but a small cut like this did not take 1% of his mana stored. Moreover, his defense had really increased, the scissor was not able to easily cut a wound on his skin like before. If you look closely the blade of the scissor had turned dull that as if it was rubbed on a sand paper.
When he has nothing to check, he proceeded to sleep as his daily mission was still gray in the panel. He has no other mission to do for the time being, to gather more attribute points.

Two days after, Lucas was sitting on a bench in a park. He was currently soaked on his sweat after doing his sprint and completing his daily mission. While wiping the sweat on his head, he was busy allocating his gains since he already achieve level 2.

He manage to raise his attributes to 10. Even though he can increase one of his attributes than the others, he still chooses to balance everything. After all, he cannot decide on which specialization will he choose. The downside only is he cannot reclaim all the points that he already distributed.
A familiar sound ring again on Luca's head.
"Congratulation host for raising your level, you are now able to gain experience by killing your opponents"
The announcement was short but Lucas was glad on this notice. Now, he knows how he can immediately collect Exp since he can gain an additional +2 points in his attribute when he levels up. Even though there are no free attributes, the increase was still equivalent to 10.
Right know, he was formulating a plan on where he can collect Exp. Base on his strength right now, he only fell short to the strength of a 3-star beginner warrior. Still, still he cannot fight on a Tier 0 beast since the requirements to hunt them is one must reach the level of intermediate warrior. Moreover, he needs a weapon and equipment's when hunting, fighting beast with barehand is not applicable until you can materialize magic to cover your body.
The reason why it is not applicable is that there are some beasts that contains spike to their bodies. Even more there are also species that cover their bodies with poison which can corrode the body if it was not properly covered.
On the other hand, since hunting was still a 'no'. Killing people is also not a choice unless he has a reason to do it.
The image of Marco appeared again in his mind when he was thinking of killing people. The hatred on his eyes was visible that if Marco was here, he will be intimidated by the killing intent of Lucas.
At the end, he chooses to stay in doing daily task. As long as he continued to accomplish the daily task, he will have enough strength to hunt down beast.

Inside the Khan Academy, a middle-aged man was currently sitting in front of the principal.
"Principal Lumen can you remove the expulsion of my son into your academy?".
Principal Lumen sip on his tea on the table while hearing the request of Jonas.
"You know Mr. Jonas; I cannot do anything to what happened to your son since the academy reputation will be damaged if we did not take an action" he calmly replied.
Suddenly, Mr. Jonas take out a box from his storage pocket.
The pocket on Jonas's hand did not avoid the eyes of Principal Lumen. He knows that this person has some background since its too rare to see a person that has this dimensional item in this isolated City.
When Jonas put the box on the table, he opened it a little and suddenly closed it. The smell from the item inside the box linger inside the room. The smell from the item that full of vitality reach the nose of the principal and make him excited.
Jonas speaks after closing the box. "Principal Lumen, you know that having a record of expulsion on my son will limit the number of University that will accept him. Those who accept student with a record like this are only average. I planned that I will help him enroll to the central after graduating here, since his uncle is an official there at the Central". He narrated.
"As compensation on making the record of my son cleared, this root of Vitality Ginseng will be yours. We know that it can extend life span and rejuvenate your body." He added.
Principal Lumen was tempted since he only has 50 years to live and was already in his 150th years. Being stuck in the Level of 5 Star Elite Warrior for almost 4 decades his hope to break through is slim. Thus, taking this Vitality ginseng can help him to rejuvenate his body and heal his hidden injuries. Moreover, Jonas telling him of someone from the Central is the same as giving him some connection.
"I can consider it Mr. Jonas if you can convince the family of the victim to let go of the issues".
Jonas already expected the reply of the principal. As long as he can convince the school then everything will be fine. "Consider it done Principal". Then, he walks out of the door living the box on the table.
When Principal Lumen heard the closing of the doors. He immediately check out the content of box. Confirming that the item was real, he immediately stores it on his spatial pocket.

Lucas was currently taking the bath on his house at the moment, after taking his shower her mother have called him.
"Lucas, the academy gives us a call right now and asking for your condition. They also asked us if you still want to return to the academy?" .
Lucas suddenly remembers the Academy, since he was busy these past few days in experimenting with his system, he had forgotten the matter about his school. "Of course, mom, I can not enter any University if I did not graduate".
His mother frowned, she knows that her son was only 1 Star Beginner Warrior and the minimum requirements to graduate is to reach 4 to 5 Star Beginner Warrior.
In addition, Lucas have only 3 months before graduation. It was not a problem if they just have the resources to help him reach the requirement but their current status won't do it.
