1 Chapter 1: Lucas
500 years ago, earth suffer from a huge catastrophe that leads to a massive destruction of the humans. The earth suddenly expand, which leads to a massive earthquake that occurs for almost a day. When the said event ends, a lots of structure that built by the human society falls. Even the satellite from the outer space suddenly pulled by the gravity on earth. partly of the planet also was contained by radiation from the accidentally triggering of nuclear weapon by different countries.
As the said event occur. Human thoughts that, it is the greatest disaster that they encountered. But, they are wrong. It is just the beginning.
As the earth expand, the gravity also multiplied. The increased is almost twice of the original gravity of earth. In addition to this, is the humans have a hard time to adapt to the changes in the gravity.
This changes leads to slow gathering of people and long time to rehabilitate. Moreover, the human population is only tenths of the original size. Which make the headcount to a billions.
After a year, the humans was somehow able to adapt. They already started to rehabilitate the civilization as the earth changes is a bothersome for them.
But on the following year. the magic particles on earth emerge. This emergence leads to people being able to wield extraordinary powers and stronger bodies. People can held objects that are more heavier than them and even release elemental powers as well as control elements.
it is a miracle as well as a danger. The human power development occurs, the other living being on earth also evolve. Even the plants that grow on a certain place also gain intelligence. The animals gain their own wisdom and started to form alliances. This sudden turn of event make hard for the human to survive. since, the beast that evolves see humans as their nemesis. This hostile relationship continued which lead to long time hunting.
As the human is on disadvantage side because the beast are more battle maniac and experienced in fighting as it is their nature. They are only passive in respond and can only defend their selves and avoid being siege and hunted.
within 10 years of battling. Finally, the humans are able to make their foothold. But their numbers are only within millions. As few expert only emerge in the race that can battle it out with the beasts. their number did not exceed the double digit/. but their power is enough to secure a large city.
Another 10 years passed, the humans discovered that children that were born within the emergence of magic particles are much talented and have a high potential to be a stronger existence.
In just 200 years of continuous development, they are able to dominate part of the earth which as large of the old Asia. Thus, in another 300 years the humans already colonize a quarter of the planet. Which is as large of the old earth.
Then Lucas close his book as he was done reading the history book at the library.
"What a day" he muttered as he was walking at the door of the library after returning the book on its shelf.
"Someday, i will be a beast tamer and be one of the greatest expert" he said with a smile.
Suddenly, a man pushed his back that leads to him being trip.
" What is your problem Marco?" Lucas said as he look at the man who is currently laughing on his misfortune.
Marco hurriedly pull Lucas from the ground and held him up while holding the collar of his Polo. "You know Lucas, I've just heard that some ambitious bug said that he will be a beast tamer".
Marco tighten his grip on the collar of Lucas. " you know that within our batch, you are the only one that cannot make a contract on a beast as well as you have the lowest cultivation within our batch. Even a first year is much more powerful than you".
Then suddenly he throw lucas on the wall, " trashes should remain a trash, you have no place here immediately drop out before graduation". Marco turned back as he laugh with a satisfied look on his face.
Lucas was left on the side of the wall spitting some blood. His eyes was full of hatred as well as sadness. He cannot retort to Marco, as reality hit him. He has no talent in Beast Taming and only a 1 star beginner Fighter.
His talent was mediocre and he has no capability to contract even a normal beast. In addition, he was born a normal family with no background. The good things only for him is he has a supportive mother and a little sister. His father already passed away years ago when he was adventuring.
Lucas is already 17 years old. He is currently enrolled as a fourth year student in the Khan Academy.
As Lucas support himself to stand up. He picked up his bag on the ground and started to walk to go home. While walking down the road. A particular noise attracted Lucas and that make him to look above.
He was shocked to see a round object falling from the sky. He was not able to react and the object was near to hit his head. It looks like a coin but the color is dark. Lucas close his eyes, as he was expecting the pain from the hit. But, in a couple of second he didn't feel anything.
Lucas slowly opened his eyes." Huh? where is that thing". He scratched the back of his head as he didn't know what happened to the object.
He turned his attention to the surrounding. expecting that it falls down around his position. Even though he did not hear the sound of the object hitting the cemented road.
After 15 minutes of looking around, he did not see the object. He decided already to get home as the sky was already turning dark.

Lucas reach the front door of a small house. He immediately hold the knob and enter the house.
Inside, there is a woman who is currently busy on chopping some vegetables on the kitchen. On the sofa, there is a little girl that is currently watching Cartoons on the television.
The woman on Kitchen is Lucy who was Lucas mother. She is already 40 years old bur looks like only on her mid-20s. On the other hand, the little girl on the sofa is Lyka which is Lucas little sister.
As Lucas walk to the sofa, he silently walk behind Lyka and cover her eyes. Lyka suddenly shouted due to suddenly darkening of his eyesight.
"guess who I am?"
" oh brother, your already here" said by Lyka while removing the hands of Lucas.
Lyka faced Lucas while pouting. " Brother your quite annoyi...."
Before Lyka could finish her sentence. Lucas suddenly pull a piece of lollipop on his pocket.
" what are you saying Little girl again?" Lucas asked with a smile on his face.
Lyka expression suddenly lighten up when she sees the lollipop on Lucas hand, " oh i said your a nice guy brother" then she snatch the lollipop on Lucas hand. Afraid that he will take it back
Lucas only laugh and pat her head. He immediately come to her mother to greet her, as he notice that she was being busy in what she is doing.
" how is school?"
" oh, its just fine" Lucas replied to her Mother.
" Alright, you should go to your room and changed your clothes, i'll be done in a minute". Then, Lucy continue to pay attention to her cooking.
Lucas go to his room, and pull out his clothes from the drawer. The room was small with only a bed and a drawer on the side.
As their house was small. It only has two bedroom which the other side was occupied by his Mother and Lyka.
When Lucas walked out of the room he already changed his clothes and saw her mother was already preparing the table for dinner.
After his dinner, he immediately go to his room to Cultivate.
On the current era, Fighter are used to cultivate to increase their power. they gathered the magic particles on the surrounding and circulate it on the different body parts. Circulating magic particles can help to develop the cells on the body to Make it stronger.
The development can also be differentiated. talented individual can be five times faster in leveling up than the normal ones. There are even geniuses that is 10 times more faster to increase their strength.
