Steven's and William's eyes were teary , but they compose themselves . Jennifer continue ," Not only for Steven or Mia but you become lucky for me also . At that time , when we can't find you , I just heard about you through my husband , Kyla mom or from Maflona's . But everytime they talk about you I feel that you are my own son . I know William , you always says to me ' MOM NEVER FEEL THAT I'M NOT YOUR OWN SON ' , this is his wording and seriously I didn't feel like this . Because you never let me feel like that and you will always be my elder son . As your father said you make us proud parents . HAPPY BIRTHDAY , BABY !! * with this word he make face as he don't like cheesy words like baby * You will always be my baby so stop making faces standing there ."

William was filled with emotions . He walk towards his parents and hug them tightly and replied ," THANK YOU . MOM . DAD . I LOVE YOU , BOTH ." Steven and Jennifer replied ," WE LOVE YOU TOO ." They hug each once again . Seeing this scene in front of her , Sara was both happy and sad . She is happy for William that he get such a loving parents and sad because she miss her father . Everyone present their had tears in their eyes , when they saw such a loving family .

Steven and Jennifer never hide this that Jennifer is William's step mother . Even Fiona knows about this when she is 5 - 6 years old as they thought that its better if they told her about William being son of Steven's first wife . She knows about Justin as well that he is son of her mother's first husband . Everyone know about Warren family's past and past events but they kept themselves low profile as very less people knows how they look .

Same goes to Maflona's , Klen's ( Ray's family ) , Dawson's ( Celia's family ) , Davies ( Sen's family ) , Jones ( Karl's family ) and Reed ( Maria's family ) . Sen and Karl are best friend of Leo and William . Karl is William's school friend and they met Sen in the college along with Leo . These families have high status families but kept them very low profile that rare people knew how they look like .

Sen and Karl with family came to William's birthday party as they were invited by Warren's . Sen is handsome but look like tough guy with brown hairs and eyes . Karl is handsome but cute with black eyes and shiny black hair . Among these 4 friends , Karl is playboy while Sen just had one night stand with his lady love and she left after that and Leo and William had their lady love but afraid to confess .

Karl , Sen and Leo were standing at the one corner of the hall . Leo is also missing his father . Everyone went to William and wish him birthday . Karl and Sen knows about William loving a girl for 17 years and they want to meet that girl . Suddenly Karl ask ," Leo , you met the girl whom William loves for 17 years ? " Leo look at him and nodded his head . Of course he knew about this as that girl is none other than his own little sister . Karl and Sen ask in unison ," Who ? "

They are looking at Leo with sparkling eyes . Leo shakes his head as they always behave like this when they want to hear some gossip . He can't believe that a guy like Sen who look like a rock can behave like this . Karl is like this so he can accept anything from him except being serious . Leo replied ," That .... I want to curse him but I can't as he is my brother - in -law . " Karl and Sen nodded their head in understanding as they didn't get what he said at that time but they turn their head towards him and yell ," That damn man , How can he fall for your sister ?"

Luckily , it was just heard by people around them and is not loud to heard by everyone in the hall . They saw around them and apologize in embarrassment . Sen ask normally ," He like your sister ? Sara ? " Leo nodded his head positively . Before they can say anything further , Sara walk to them and said ," Hello Sen , Karl . " Both replied Hi . Sara said to her brother ," Brother , I need your help ." Leo replied ," Yes ." Sara smile sheepishly ," Actually , I bought a gift for William and the owner call me that , the gift is ready . You just have to pick that up . I will send you address ." Leo replied ," Okay ."

Karl and Sen follow him as they walk towards the door . William was busy with the other guest . Fiona and Justin Walk towards Sara and Justin said ," Brother is busy . He don't even have a time for us ." Fiona and Sara laugh at his comments . They were chatting with each other . They don't know that the birthday boy's eyes were following his lady love and even look at her from time to time .

In the car , Karl stated ," Leo , you have to behave like a tough guy . William loves your sister . Why didn't you beat him till now ?" Leo and Sen laugh at his statement . Leo replied ," Yeah sure . I have other plans with him ." Sen ask curiously ," What ? You can tell us , right ? " Leo smirk but didn't say anything as this is between Him and William . Karl and Sen wants to know but they know that Leo will not tell them so they shut there mouth .

It will take an hour to pick the gift . They were wondering what is in it . When they come back , they went to William as he was looking like a lost puppy . Few minutes , before , William lost the sight of Sara as he is walking towards her but one of his client come forward and he start talking to him . When he excuse himself from his client , then he can't able to find Sara . His best friends went to him and wave but he ignore them . Sen ask ," What happened , William ? "

William look at him but didn't reply . He look at Leo and ask ," Where is Sara ? " Leo shake his head negatively . Karl said teasingly ," Happy birthday , William . Come give me hug ." William make face when he said ' come give me hug ' and replied ," Thank you . " Sen also wish him birthday as well as Leo and he just replied thanks and ready to walk past them but Karl tease again ," Are you looking for Sara ? "

William turn and furrowed his eyebrows in confusion and ask ," Yeah , Why ? " Sen give him punch in his stomach and said ," YOU !!! Why didn't you tell us that the girl about whom you are talking in past years is Sara . " Ken ," William , this is bad you know . Loving your best friend sister . Seriously ." William ask ," Who told you .... ? Ah !! Leo . I am loving my best friend's sister but she is also my best friend ." Leo commented ," Ignore him guys , he is lovesick ." Ken and Sen laugh loudly at what Leo said and William ignore him and walk away .

Sara was in the garden . She come out to take a phone call from her colleague in the hospital . Leo went outside and saw Sara in the garden alone . He walks to her and said ," William is looking for you . " Sara turn and look at her brother and ," Brother , okay . Did you get it ? " Leo gave her gift and she told ," I'll go and gave him this . Thank you Brother ." Leo replied ," Welcome ."

She come inside the hall and saw William walking towards her . When he saw her coming from the garden area , he take sigh of relief . He said ," I was looking for ....." Sara cut him and said ," HAPPY BIRTHDAY WILLIAM . " He was waiting for this . He don't know why but he is enjoying his this year birthday . Maybe because of Sara . He is feeling lively and want that this day never ends . His thoughts were cut with Sara waves in front of his eyes to gain his attention .

William replied ," Thank you ." He takes and open it . This is the personalized black ballpoint pen - Gold trim and his name ' WILLIAM WARREN ' in running (gold ) handwriting . There is a card written ,' HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ONE OF MY FAVORITE GUYS ! I HOPE YOUR DAY IS AS AWESOME AS YOU ARE . WISH YOU GET WHATEVER YOU WANT . ' William hug her tightly and said .
