"Thank you for your care, Dr Lim, Dr Chang and nurses. Thank you to you too Director. The project that you proposed is great. I'll discuss it with the CEO and others. Anything that you need, you can give me a call. See you next time."

Luna bows her head and get into her car. She bids them goodbye and drove off.

In the car, Luna focused on her driving while occasionally glances at Alex at the back. Lily already doze off for a while.

Alex looks out the car window. He was discharged today after almost a month in the hospital. He felt relief as he did not has to stay in the hospital anymore. The hospital provided an excellent treatments but he did not wish to stay any longer. Now, he can walks on his own by using the crutches, albeit a bit slow. The pain had subsided a lot compare to after the surgery.

He knew, it all thanks to Luna. Luna had resumed all his works in the company so that he can focused on his treatments. She took care of him very well. He did not know how to express his gratitude to Luna.

After the incident of Cindy made ruckus at the hospital that day, he always felt ashamed towards her. He not yet talked to her about their divorce, but they already act intimately in front of her, albeit it was Cindy who did it. Although Luna seems unperturbed, he could feel an invisible boundary had formed between them.

After spending some time with her, he become more reluctant to divorce her. Not just because she is pregnant with his child, but he realised he still love her as before. Maybe before this they seldomly spending time together. He knew all along it was because of him, his selfishness. He too focused on his company, thus neglecting his wife and daughter. He determines to coax and courting her again. But now, he needs to recuperate faster and break his relationship with Cindy.

"Hello? Lan-jie? What a surprise. Did you miss me?"

Luna smiling broadly while applying a water mask on her face.

"Yes..I missed you baby girl. How're you and baby Lily? I just read your long email. Sorry for only reaching you now. I just came back from an offshore. We just found a new oil source."

Luna's smile dropped.

"I'm good, Lan-jie. Lily is good too. Umm..can we talk about that email another time? This is not a good time. I know you're impatient, but I need some rest and you too. I'll contact you tomorrow, okay?"

"Yeah, I know. Take care, Lan-jie. Love you."

In the study room.

"I told you I just came back from the hospital this afternoon. I'm still tired. Why can't you understand?"

"Don't be unreasonable, Cindy. Luna had nothing to do with us. It's all about you and me. Leave her alone."

"I know..I know. You had repeat the same things for thousand of time already. You asked me to care about you, understanding you..but did you really care about me? I didn't hear you asking about my wellbeing. You didn't even understand my situation."

"Yeah, you're right. She really cares about me. She understands me. So why can't you do the same? Everytime you call me you only complaining about her. And I told you..she knows nothing. She didn't even care."

..

"I'm not comparing you and her. For God's sake, can you compromise a bit? If you can't compromise a bit in this situation, how can you compromise in the future if there's something bigger happen."

..

"Both of us need to compromise if we want this relationship to be successful. Be patient can you? I'm going to sleep now."

Alex rubs his face in frustration.

In Virgo Club.

"Hey..did you watch the news?"

"What news?" Calvin asked.

"The Ming CEO was discharged this afternoon. Apparently he looks good..eventhough it just been a month after his accident. Luna must be taking good care of him. I heard she stayed at the hospital too, to take care of him," Jason said.

"Smack!"

He turns to glare at Micheal. Suddenly, he feels a chill run down his spine. He turns to the other side and saw Danial's piercing glares directed at him.

He makes a sign of zipping his mouth and throw the key away.

Thick tension stretching in the room.

"But, how dare him? I suddenly want to smash his brain out," Jason exclaimed indignantly.

His exclamation picks the other three interests.

"Explain."

Jason realized he had dig his own grave. He awkwardly smiled and waves his hand.

"It's nothing. Nothing at all. I..I talk about someone else."

"Really?"

Jason nodded his head nervously.

"Y..yes..yes..really."

"Jason."

"Y..yes..?"

"Am I stupid?"

Jason stumped. He shakes his head vigorously.

"Explain."

"That day when Luna rushing out of my family home, her husband was involved in an accident..self-accident. But I only knew about this after her husband had undergone his surgery and being transferred to City S Hospital.

"A..app..apparently her husband was not alone in the car during the accident. He was with...with..his..girlfriend," Jason blurted nervously.

"What?!" Micheal exclaimed.

Jason peeks at Danial and saw Danial pursed his lips and clenched his jaws.

"Continue."

"A..After his girlfriend was discharged from District A Hospital, she went to the City S Hospital and demands to see A..Alex. But she was kicked out when she made a ruckus. The passers-by record a video of her when she shouted and cursing in front of the hospital."

"Why did I never saw the video? Are you real?" Micheal asked.

"The video was taken down immediately after it's circulating in the internet for fifteen minutes. I guessed it was Luna's instruction."

"Show me."

Jason quickly takes out his phone and shows them the video.

"Bastard!"

A cracked sound of wine glass can be heard in the room.
