39 Quit Being Bossy

" This cake is so delicious, it even has mine and Mabel's name combined as a design, where did you learn how to bake?", Luke asked as he continuously tasted the cake when he was told to try out a little.

Robin one of the assistants and invitee glared at him before taking the cake away. Luke rolled his eyes and sighted Jace at a corner. He quickly cleaned his hand to wipe off the stains from the cake and hurried to Jace.

" Where's Holden? The wedding starts in Five hours from now and I need to be in my suit", he said as he reached Jace and Jace frowned before turning to face him. " What do you mean you need to be in your suit? I clearly warned you guys to stop acting childish", Jace yelled at him to have Luke roll his eyes.

" Just quit being bossy and Find Holden for me. If this wedding falls apart it's going to be your fault", Luke said and walked away from there to have Jace just stare dumbstruck.

" What the Fuck is going on with you and Holden, if I get a hold of him, I'll break his nose", he yelled and walked away from there. " Am done with this crap", he said and threw away his note which still had list of a lot of things not done.

" Whoa what got Jace Langford so upset?", Megan asked picking up the note and Jace sighed before sitting on one of the seat meant for the guests.

" My brothers, they are driving me nuts Megan. I feel like the only one trying here and they that made the stupid idea in just one day don't even know how stressed I am. I haven't had a good sleep, I've been working my butt off just so this doesn't fall apart and they go ahead to ruin it.... How can I not be fucking crazy?", he asked angrily after ranting and heaving for air.

" Calm down!!!! Why don't I talk to both of them on your behalf. Everything is almost complete so don't break down yet. You figure out how to fix this and I'll send them in, the right way", she said and Jace just stayed quiet not giving her an answer.

" Trust me, I know it sounds weird coming out from my mouth but I feel like if you face them right now, you might just yell, which wouldn't be good for all this so... you do this and I'll do that", she said once again and Jace quietly nodded. " If they act immature Megan don't bother yourself just give me a call so I can shut this thing down", he said, stood up and was about walking away but she hurriedly stood in front of him.

" That's so unfair.... I'm going to face two psychotic guys alone you might as well trust me and handle things here...ok Jace, are we clear?", she asked him and he just stared at her silently. Her face twisted in a frown when she found him not answering her.

" We are clear and I'll handle things over here", he said and walked away grumpily and she just sighed.

Talking to Luke would literally be easy. She just had to put on her mean attitude and quit the docile one to get him in order but talking to Holden would be like talking to a log of wood. Why in the world would she even tell Jace she wanted to help? Damn something must be wrong.
