It took several days for Chloe to get an update on Sally. Brian actually found out she was doing better and they planned on releasing her in about a month. Sam called Chloe telling her how she saw Phillip in the Emergency Department. He was beaten up very badly. With him not pressing charges and no one knew what happened. There was no suspect.
