"Uh Ma'am? You might want to open your laptop right now."

"What is it?" Valerie asked her employee.

"Mr. Grande is about to hold a press conference together with CEO Javier regarding Sabrina's issue Ma'am," the employee answered.

Valerie raised her brow, "CEO Javier?" Valerie asked.

"The CEO of Walker Empire," the employee said.

"What does he have to do with Sabrina's issue?" Valerie spoke confusedly.

"I don't know either Ma'am, the conference is just about to start. Maybe they'll answer it there," the employee said.

"Okay, you can go now," Valerie said.

She grabbed her laptop and clicked on the link to the press conference immediately.

"Walker Empire?" she mumbled to herself, "What do they have to do with Sabrina?" she asked.

Cosche Corporation, 7:50 PM (GMT+8) 10 minutes before the press conference

Cosche's Press Hall was already filled with reporters from different stations. Everyone was impatiently waiting for the press conference to start.

"How do you think Mr. Grande is going to turn this whole situation?" asked one reporter.

"There was evidence of Sabrina being intimate with the director. Do you think he can? I bet he won't be that stupid to stand up for his immoral fiancé," answered one colleague.

"But he's rich, he can easily pay people to create falsified evidence or whatsoever. Love is blind after all," said one reporter.

The discussion continued between the reporters until the host finally stepped on the stage.

"Good evening to our friends in the media. We are delighted to have all of you today," the host greeted, "Today's press conference was organized to clarify the issue going around about Ms. Sabrina Pierce. The CEO of our company along with CEO Javier Walker of Walker Empire will join us for today's press conference. The conference will be done virtually for the reason that CEO Grande and CEO Javier are currently not in the country. Everybody please settle down as we're about to connect them now," the host said.

In the large screen of the hall displayed Alexander and Javier who were with Sabrina and Director Walker, who were both the main talk of the town right now.

"Good evening to everyone," Alexander greeted, "All of you might be confused as to why the four of us are appearing in the screen together right now. But first of all, I want to clarify that there is nothing going on between Director Julian and my fiancé," Alexander said which made everyone raise their brows on him.

"The photos were obviously real and not photoshopped. We know that you love Sabrina and that you want to stand up for her, but I think that it's not right to lie, CEO Grande. Please do not cover up for your fiancé's immoral doings," said one reporter.

"Words can't prove anything, CEO Grande, we have to see solid evidence," added one reporter.

���List down the name of the first reporter who spoke," Alexander instructed the people in Cosche, "I don't think you have brought your brain with you today. Speaking too early? I'm not even done talking. Did your parents teach you basic manners?" Alexander belittled the reporter.

"Of course I know that words won't mean anything without evidence, that's why I'm here with CEO Javier," Alexander said, "He will be the one to explain everything," he added.

The reporters had many questions in their minds but no one dared to speak mindlessly. They didn't want to end up like the reporter who Alexander just shamed.

"Hello, good evening to all. I am Javier, CEO of Walker Empire," Javier greeted, "Today I'm about to clarify the issue between Julian and Sabrina. We don't plan to reveal it this early, but due to the issue that broke out, we had no choice but to step out and clarify everything," he said.

Javier suddenly leaned forward and grabbed an envelope. He opened it and brought out the contents of it, "In my hands are both Sabrina and Julian's birth certificates which will be flashed to the screen. Please read the contents of it carefully," he said.

After he said that, large scanned copies of the papers were displayed on the screen.

"What the heck is this?" asked one reporter.

"Look at their parents! It's Chairman George Walker and CEO Javier Walker!" shouted one reporter that made everyone look at it.

"Does this mean that they are Walkers?" said one reporter.

"What is going on?" asked another reporter.

After some time, the photos were taken down and the screen was back to Javier.

"As everyone saw in the papers, Sabrina and Julian are part of the Walker Family," Javier said, "Sabrina is my one and only daughter and Julian is my brother. I know a lot of you might suspect that the papers are falsified, but we are willing to undergo DNA Testing if needed," he explained.

"Sabrina and Julian are related by blood, making them Uncle and niece. The photos that were roaming around were simply a display of their close relationship. I hope nobody is going to question that again," Javier said.

Everybody inside the hall had a mixed display of expressions. Nobody expected this kind of turn.

How did Sabrina end up being the heiress of Walker Empire?

And how did Director Julian suddenly end up being CEO Javier's brother.

"Sabrina and Julian's identity were kept hidden due to personal reasons that we don't plan to publicize. Our goal for today is just to clarify the issue between them. We won't entertain personal questions," Javier said which instantly killed the questions the reporters were eager to ask.

"The room is now open for questions," Alexander said.

Valerie, who was watching the live stream in her office suddenly felt her blood go up to her head.

"How the hell did she become the heiress to the Walker Empire!?" she spoke in shock.

She didn't understand anything that was happening right now. Valerie had mixed emotions.

"Good day CEO Grande, I'm John from Minutely News," said one reporter, "The issue that broke out about Director Julian and Sabrina was obviously done to defame Sabrina. I wanted to ask, do you have any suspects for this incident?" asked the reporter.

"Of course," Alexander answered, "In fact she will be with us shortly," he added.

The reporters suddenly exchanged glances. What did Alexander mean?

Valerie, who was walking back and forth inside her office suddenly received a video call invitation from Cosche Corporation.

Her eyes immediately grew as soon as she saw it.

"Why are they calling me?" Valerie said.

"It's best you answer the call Ms. Valerie," Alexander name dropped, "Or else I'll make everything messy," he threatened her.

The reporters who heard what Alexander said, all looked confused.

"Valerie?" asked one reporter.

"Who is Valerie?" added one reporter.

"Could it be Valerie Smith of Crest Entertainment? Sabrina's boss?" said one reporter.

Valerie who was staring at her screen suddenly didn't know what to do.
