52 Tropical Cocktail

"Sir?" Grey knocked on Alexander's door.

"Come in."

Grey turned the doorknob of Alexander's study room and entered.

"What is it?" Alexander asked as soon as Grey entered.

"I'm here to return this, Sir," Grey brought out the pen Alexander had given him earlier.

"I want you to keep that as a copy. I have the original with me," Alexander answered.

"What do we do with Director Walker now Sir?" Grey asked Alexander.

"We have to stop him of course," Alexander said as he crossed his legs, "I want you to do a complete background check on him. From his family or whatever, I need all information we can get about him," Alexander instructed.

"I'll be on it Sir," Grey said, then turned around to leave Alexander's study room.

Alexander didn't understand why Director Walker would want his niece dead.

They were family.

Before he makes his move, he needs to understand the situation first.

Alexander thought that maybe the situation can still be turned around with the use of talking. He didn't want to hurt Director Walker as he was an important person in Sabrina's life.

Although he was an extremely cunning person, he was still her family and Sabrina treasures him.

"Why would you want her dead?" Alexander spoke to himself.

After going through some business documents, Alexander stood up and left his study room. He went straight to Sabrina's bedroom.

"Baby? Still awake?" Alexander gently knocked on the door.

Not receiving any response, he knocked once again but there was still no answer.

He turned the doorknob gently and entered the room silently to prevent from creating any noise.

Alexander walked towards the Sabrina who was currently sleeping soundly on her bed and sat beside her.

She looked really peaceful.

Alexander reached out his hand and brushed off some of Sabrina's hair that was on her face.

"Hmmm, Alex?" Sabrina asked in her sleepy voice.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you up," Alexander said.

"It's okay, how was your day?" Sabrina snuggled herself to Alexander.

An hour ago, Sabrina fell asleep while waiting for Alexander to come back home. She was really determined to wait for him, but sleepiness took over her although it was still early in the evening.

"It's fine. How 'bout you?" Alexander asked her back.

"I practiced my lines," she answered in a sleepy tone.

"You should get more sleep. I'll go now," Alexander stood up but Sabrina held him back.

"Can you stay here?" Sabrina rolled over and pulled Alexander's shirt, then her blanket fell off the floor.

"I don't think that's a good idea baby," Alexander immediately answered.

Sabrina was wearing a spaghetti strap deep V neck slip satin nightgown which exposed a lot of her skin and the dress defined all the curves of her body. There was no blanket covering her and she was currently making Alexander's blood wake.

He gulped.

If she was wearing pajamas, Alexander would've agreed easily.

But he was a man.

And Sabrina looked like a complete temptress right now.

It's not healthy for Alexander if he stayed the night here.

"We already slept next to each other a few times. What's wrong with now?" Sabrina asked Alexander innocently.

"Tonight's different. It's better if I don't stay here," Alexander leaned forward and pulled the blanket to cover Sabrina, "You should sleep. Goodnight," he said then kissed her on the forehead and left.

As soon as Alexander left her room, he sighed in relief.

"Nice job Alex," he whispered to himself then he went straight to his bedroom.

Feeling heated, Alexander decided to take a cold shower to calm his nerves down.

He was never a man with lustful thoughts. He was never interested in those kinds of things.

But with Sabrina, he became completely different.

He always imagined how it would feel like to touch her or have her in his arms. Sabrina was a very beautiful woman and a man like Alexander was captivated by her completely.

Although it was hard for men to suppress themselves, Alexander controlled it. He wanted to make it special for Sabrina. He didn't want to force her into doing things that she didn't want to.

"Self-control Alex, not yet," Alexander spoke to himself. He grabbed his towel and robe then stepped out of the shower.

As soon as he got out, he saw Sabrina sitting on his bed.

"What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be asleep?" Alexander asked her.

"I can't sleep," Sabrina answered him, "Can I not sleep here?" she asked.

"No," Alexander straightforwardly answered, "Go back to your room before anything else happens," he added.

Sabrina stood up and walked towards Alexander, "Please?" she grabbed the sleeve of Alexander's robe, "My room feels lonely, I can't sleep," she pleaded.

"Trust me baby, it's better if you sleep in your room tonight," Alexander removed her hand from his robe.

"Why? Explain why?" Sabrina demanded, "Don't you want me anymore?" Sabrina started to sob, her eyes watered as she looked at Alexander.

Why was he pushing her away?

Outside the room, Grey spotted Kenzie eavesdropping on Alexander's door. He walked towards her and leaned his ear towards the door.

"What are you listening to?" Grey asked which made Kenzie instantly jump in shock.

"What the hell Grey! What are you doing here?" she said in gritted teeth.

"I'm the one who's supposed to ask you that. What are you doing here?" Grey raised his brows on Kenzie.

"Nothing! Just go! Do your stuff," Kenzie said and shooed Grey away, but he didn't leave.

"What is it Kenzie? Tell me or I'm knocking," Grey threatened her. He reached out his hand to the door and acted like he was already going to knock.

"Okay okay wait! I'm telling you," Kenzie held Grey's hand and pulled it back down.

"Speak," Grey said.

"Earlier, Sabrina asked me to bring her a drink while she was memorizing her lines," Kenzie spoke," Then I rummaged through Mr. Grande's alcohol cabinet and saw some tropical cocktail mix," she said.

"And then?" Grey asked.

"And then minutes after Sabrina drank the cocktail, she started to feel really sleepy so I went downstairs to check the contents of the drink," Kenzie explained, "I didn't know that the alcohol had a late effect and uhmm…" Kenzie bit her nails nervously.

"Ms. Sabrina is inside, drunk with Mr. Grande," Grey concluded and Kenzie nodded in response.

"But I swear it wasn't on purpose!" Kenzie said while she raised her right hand, "I really didn't know that it had a late effect! I just knew earlier when I read the back of the bottle," she explained.

"You know that Mr. Grande is probably going to kill you tomorrow right?" Grey said.

"I know…" Kenzie bowed her head down, "… you think should I knock now?" Kenzie asked Grey.

"You probably should," Grey answered.

Kenzie was already about to knock on the door when they suddenly heard a shout coming from inside.

"Then why! Why don't you want me here?" Sabrina questioned Alexander. Tears were already flowing down from her eyes.

Alexander walked towards her and wiped her tears, "I want you here Sabrina, trust me. I want you beside me every second, minute, hour, everyday! But not today," Alexander explained to her.

He didn't understand why she was suddenly acting like this.

"What will happen if I stay here?" Sabrina looked into Alexander's eyes. She didn't want to leave his room.

As Alexander looked at Sabrina, he noticed that her face was really red, "Are you drunk?" Alexander asked her. He leaned forward and smelled Sabrina's mouth but it didn't smell like she drank.

"Will you let me stay here if I do this?" Sabrina suddenly wrapped her arms around Alexander's neck and kissed him.

Alexander stood there frozen. He didn't expect such action from her.

Sabrina started to move her lips against his, claiming what was hers. Alexander can't help it but feel turned on.

She was about to pull away from him, but Alexander didn't let her. He wrapped his arms around Sabrina's waist and claimed her mouth again.

Alexander kissed her harder, deeper, with a fervent urgent need he had never known before. He was kissing her like he was hungry for her.

Taking the next step, Alexander lifted Sabrina to bring her to the bed. She wrapped her legs around his waist while she kissed him.

Laying her in bed, Alexander loosens the tie of his robe then he continued to kiss Sabrina.

Alexander bit into her lips softly to hear her gasp in pleasure. He moved his lips to her neck and collarbone, leaving love bites on her pale skin.

Sabrina let out soft moans as Alexander kissed her everywhere, it was music to his ears. She was feeling heated right now and she can't think straight.

While Alexander was keeping Sabrina's lips busy, his hand found its way to her chest. He caressed it gently which made her moan between their kisses.

"Alex," Sabrina breathlessly called him.

Kissing her neck, Alexander suddenly stopped when he heard some noises outside of his room. He immediately stood up and tied his robe back.

Alexander walked through his door and opened it. He jumped in surprise when Kenzie and Grey came stumbling on the floor.

"What are you two doing?" he asked them.

Kenzie and Grey immediately stood up in panic, "Nothing! We just passed by Mr. Grande! Bye!" Kenzie said then ran away from Alexander. Grey just looked at Alexander apologetically then ran off after Kenzie.

"You two!" Alexander shouted but they didn't mind him.

Alexander closed his door in frustration. He walked back to his bed and saw Sabrina sleeping soundly.

He walked towards her and held her face.

Alexander sighed to himself, "Those two saved me. I guess I should thank them instead of scolding them tomorrow," he said.

Alexander fixed Sabrina into a more comfortable position and covered her with a blanket. Then after, he pulled a cigarette from his drawer and smoked in the balcony.

He almost lost to himself today!

"I definitely need to fill her cabinet with pajamas," Alexander spoke to himself.

Nightgowns are dangerous to him.
