It's a yes

"I don't know yet," Sabrina replied, "Everything is just so fast," she added.

Alexander reached out for her hand and held it tightly, "Baby please know that I want to marry you, more than anything in this world. I want to spend the rest of my life waking up beside you, eating like this with you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you Sabrina, but I also don't want to rush you," he said, "I know that you're not yet ready and I understand that I'm more than willing to wait for you," he added.

Sabrina can't help but feel touched by Alexander's words. She didn't expect such words coming from him. It sounded sweet to her ears.

"What if I decided to marry you 10 years from now?" Sabrina teased him.

"Well 37 isn't a bad age to get married," Alexander answered.

"What about 15 years?" Sabrina asked again.

"I can still wait."

"What if I decided not to marry you?"

"Then I'll be your boyfriend forever," Alexander responded which made Sabrina smile, "I love you and I want to be with you forever Sabrina. Marriage is just one thing but being with you is everything," he said while looking straight into her eyes.

Sabrina felt happy right now. Alexander was everything she could ever ask for. He was never afraid of expressing his feelings for her. He always made her feel loved and cherished and it was everything for Sabrina.

Alexander was everything for Sabrina.

Being carried away, Sabrina stood up from her chair and leaned forward to kiss Alexander. She wanted to express how much she appreciated him and how much she loved him.

She was grateful for having him in her life. It was like he became the light in her darkness.

Taking control of the situation, Alexander broke the kiss and jumped over the kitchen counter to Sabrina's side. He lifted her and placed her down on the kitchen counter.

Alexander wrapped his arms around Sabrina's waist and pulled her closer to him. Sabrina circled her arms around Alexander's neck and leaned forward to kiss him again.

Being with him was probably one of the best things Sabrina did in her life. Alexander brought her happiness in many ways. Through words and actions, Alexander never failed to show his love and affection to her.

"I'll marry you," Sabrina whispered breathlessly.

Alexander's eyes immediately widened, "What did you just say?" he asked her in surprise.

"I said I'll marry you," she repeated.

Alexander's lips instantly formed a smile. He lifted Sabrina and turned around happily, "You made me the happiest man baby," Alexander said. He let go of Sabrina and held her face lovingly; "You will never regret this, I promise," he spoke happily.

"I know I won't," she smiled.

Alexander leaned forward to kiss Sabrina.

"Ehem ehem," Grey coughed at the kitchen entrance, "I'm sorry, I'm really thirsty," he said.

Alexander immediately stopped his movements and glared at Grey. Sabrina on the other hand, instantly covered her face due to embarrassment.

Grey immediately gulped, "I'm sorry, I'm leaving. I'll drink my water later," he said and turned around immediately but Alexander stopped him.

"You can stay," Alexander said. He suddenly lifted Sabrina in a bridal style way and walked out of the kitchen.

"Bring me down Alex!" Sabrina protested but Alexander didn't mind her.

"What is happening? Why is it so noisy?" Kenzie rubbed her eyes sleepily as she got out of her room, but as soon as she saw Alexander carrying Sabrina, her eyes widened.

"Grey is downstairs," Alexander said. He passed by Kenzie and walked in straight to his room.

In shock, Kenzie immediately ran down to the kitchen, "What happened to those two?" she asked Grey.

But Grey didn't answer her, instead, he rushed to her and enveloped her into a warm embrace, "I missed you," he said.

Kenzie stood there frozen. She didn't expect such a thing from Grey.

Was he really this straightforward?

Grey immediately let go of her, "I'm sorry, I couldn't contain myself," he apologized.

"It's o-okay," Kenzie blushed.

Inside Alexander's room.

"Don't come near me," Sabrina pointed at Alexander accusingly.

"Why? Can't we have an advanced honeymoon?" Alexander smiled at her playfully. He pulled his necktie and removed it. He also unbuttoned the first three buttons of his shirt and crawled to bed.

"Get a-away from me!" Sabrina stuttered. Her face turned red and her heart was beating really fast.

"Don't you want to be with me, baby?" Alexander teased her. He pinned Sabrina down on the bed and kissed her neck. He was leaving traces on her skin which made her tremble.

"Alex," she called out his name breathlessly.

Alexander immediately pulled away from her and smiled, "I'm just messing with you," he said. He kissed her forehead and patted her head, "You should sleep now, I'm going to take a shower," he said and then stood up from the bed, going directly to the bathroom.

Sabrina immediately sighed in relief, "That devil," she said.

Entering the bathroom, Alexander can't help it but smile to himself in the shower. This day was probably the happiest day of his life.

Sabrina agreed to marry him.

Nothing could be happier than that.

City A.

"Sir, Mr. Grande has successfully persuaded the shareholders. All of them just called to express their apologies," Henry's secretary reported.

"That Alexander is really one capable man. In just one day, he was able to fix the situation immediately. I'm not surprised how he reached the top at such a young age," Henry expressed his admiration, "I wish that I had a son like him."

"Speaking of son Sir, Mr. Jacob is already on his way back to City A," his secretary said.

"That bastard," Henry spoke in anger, "I need to teach that kid a lesson," he said.

"The preparations for the General Shareholder's meeting are all set now, Sir."

"That's good then, make sure that Jacob doesn't hear a thing. I want him to suffer the feeling of being kicked out of his position," Henry said.

His son was sure brave to try and plan to kick him out as the president of Lockwood Corporation.

Now, he's going to give him a taste of his own medicine.
