Hurtful words

"You knew my feelings yet you never pushed me away," Georgia said, "You made me fall for you Alexander, aren't you too much?" she asked.

"I never gave you motives Georgia so don't put the blame on me," Alexander answered, "I tolerated you before Georgia but I can't now, I already have Sabrina and I don't want her to misunderstand," Alexander clarified.

 "Now let's start the meeting so we can finish early. Show me your drafts," Alexander spoke coldly.

"Can we not talk about work for now? Let's go out first and talk about it tomorrow," Georgina tried to change the topic.

"I thought that you have an important meeting tomorrow? That's why we scheduled this today?" Alexander asked with a hint of irritation in his voice.

"I pushed it back so that we can bond for a day," Georgina suddenly smiled, "Let's drink like old times," she suggested.
