Exposed

Everyone suddenly gasped in shock as soon as those words left Valerie's mouth.

"Did Sabrina really do that?"

"Oh gosh, this is a big scoop!"

"Ms. Sabrina, is what Ms. Valerie saying true? Did you really seduce Mr. Jacob?" asked one reporter.

Sabrina, who was silent all throughout the conference, finally decided to speak.

"You sure love him don't you?" Sabrina asked Valerie, "I bet you believe every single word he tells you," she spoke calmly.

"Oh please Sabrina, we both know the truth," Valerie said.

"I do know the truth," Sabrina answered, "But do you?" she asked her.

"It's not right to accuse people without evidence Ms. Valerie," Sabrina smiled coldly.

Jacob, who continued to watch the stream, was suddenly in panic.

Why were they suddenly talking about this?!

He had to stop Valerie now or else it would be the end for the both of them.

He grabbed his coat and keys immediately and rushed out of the house.

As soon as he boarded his car, he dialed Valerie's number in the hope to stop her.

"Do you have evidence on your claims Ms. Valerie?" Sabrina asked her.

Suddenly, Valerie's phone rang. She smiled as soon as she read the caller's name, "Here's my proof," she said while displaying her phone on screen where a contact named 'Hubby' was calling.

Valerie answered the phone and turned it on loud speaker, "Honey, I'm kind of in the middle of a conversation, good thing you called," she greeted him excitedly.

"Valerie listen to me," Jacob said, "Drop the video call now and let's talk at home. I'm on my way to your company," he said.

"Why? I'm just about to expose the slut who tried to seduce you," Valerie answered, "Can you tell them how she jumped on you not too long ago?" she said.

"Please Valerie, let's talk at home," Jacob pleaded, "I'm 5 minutes away, drop the call now and we'll talk," he said.

Sabrina suddenly chuckled, "Why? Are you afraid to be exposed?" she asked Jacob.

Jacob immediately felt his heart race as soon as he heard Sabrina's voice, but now wasn't the right time to think about those things.

"Valerie, please listen to me, let's not make this a big deal okay? It was already done, let's just forget about it," Jacob said.

"But I'm not yet done with her," Valerie answered him, "I'm going to expose her!" she said.

"Can we have our turn to speak now?" Alexander said. Talking to the people of Cosche, "Play the video," he instructed his employees.

In the screen played a CCTV recording inside the fire exit. There was nothing at first until a man and a woman suddenly entered the fire exit.

It was obvious that the woman was Sabrina and the man was Jacob.

In the video, the two looked like they were arguing over something until Jacob suddenly forcefully kissed Sabrina which made the people gasp in shock.

Caught from another angle, it was shown that Sabrina was pushing Jacob away but Jacob wouldn't budge, he continued to kiss her until Valerie suddenly showed up.

Then the video was cut.

"What the hell did we just watch?" said one reporter.

"This story is very messed up!" added one reporter.

Soon, the screen was back to Alexander's and Valerie's.

"I hope you watched that without blinking an eye Ms. Valerie," Alexander said.

Valerie who just watched the video was suddenly in a state of shock. She just stared at her laptop screen blankly due to shock and disbelief.

"I know everyone is probably confused as to why I was in the fire exit with Mr. Jacob," Sabrina suddenly spoke, "Jacob and I used to be in a relationship," she said which made everyone, once again, mind blown.

"It started when we were in high school and we broke up in the middle of 2015. After we broke up, I focused on my career and he got married to Ms. Valerie. We haven't seen each other since then, until that day. We accidentally met at my company and he begged me to have a chat with him," Sabrina narrated.

"He dragged me to the fire exit and then he started talking nonsense which is why I tried to leave immediately. But as shown in the video, he pulled me back and harassed me until his wife came and she caught us. Mr. Jacob Lockwood placed the blame on me, telling his wife that I seduced him which Ms. Valerie believed immediately."

After Sabrina explained everything, the reporters immediately understood everything.

"So Ms. Valerie was trying to get even with Ms. Sabrina?" asked one reporter.

"She was obviously in for revenge," answered one reporter.

"Ms. Valerie! What can you say about all of this?" a reporter suddenly asked.

Valerie, who was still in a state of shock, suddenly snapped out in reality when her office door suddenly burst open.

"It's Mr. Jacob!" shouted a reporter.

"Oh my gosh it's him!"

"Mr. Jacob! Can you please answer a few questions?"

Jacob, who just entered Valerie's office, looked at the laptop screen for a second, before he decided to shut it off by closing it which made everyone react with an 'awe'.

Henry and Victoria Lockwood who were still watching the stream were instantly filled with rage.

"Call that bastard right now!" Henry shouted angrily.

Victoria immediately grabbed her phone to call Jacob but his phone was switched off.

"His phone is off," Victoria said which made Henry angrier.

Suddenly, their house telephone rang. The maid in the house immediately ran to answer it.

"Sir, the call is for you," said the maid to Henry, "It's Chief Bei," she said.

Henry stood up from his seat angrily and took the phone from the maid.

"Do you really have to call at this hour?!" Henry shouted.

"Chairman, we have a big problem!" Chief Bei said.

"If this isn't important, I'm firing you," Henry spoke in gritted teeth.

"20 minutes ago, I was speaking with our shareholders about the project together with Crook de Parfum," said Chief Bei, "But they told me that they weren't part of Lockwood anymore as they already sold their shares," he said.

"What?!" Henry yelled angrily, "Who bought their shares?" he asked.

"Mr. Alexander Grande, Sir," answered Chief Bei, "He holds 63% of Lockwood's shares, making him the biggest shareholder," he added.

Henry suddenly felt light-headed. He held the back of his neck as his blood pressure rose and suddenly fainted.

"Honey!" shouted Victoria as soon as she saw her husband collapse.
