Catalina: Ever heard of locking the door?

Catalina's POV: Not that i'm complaining. This guy never failed to impress me. With all the steam in the room, he had the kind of face that stopped you in your tracks. I guess he must get used to that, the sudden pause in a person's natural expression. His face was strong and well defined, with a sharp jaw and angular cheekbones. He stood there looking at me with a mesmerizing blue ocean lost in his eyes. The complexion of his skin going well with these muscles rippled across every part of his body. His appearance alone was seductive, yet so reserved. He didn't flinch, didn't move, didn't speak. But patiently waited for me to finish my examination.

Gael: Done staring?

Catalina: I wasn't staring.

Gael: The lies we tell ourselves. (He laughs)

Catalina: I don't like you

Gael: Yet you're still here.

Catalina's POV: I'm gonna go die in a corner.

(She leaves)

Jonah: You look awful.

Catalina: And i'm living with idiots. But you don't see me pointing out the obvious.

Jonah: What?

Catalina: Care to explain to me why there's a half naked tattooed Mexican guy in the guest bathroom?

Jonah: Oh you meant Gael.

Catalina: OoOoOoOoOoOh yYyYyYyOoOoOou meant Gael. Of course i meant Gael! How many tattooed Mexican guys do you know?

Jonah: Quite a few. I don't know he could be sleeping over. Why don't you ask Johanes instead? It's his friend not mine.

Catalina: Whatever i don't care.

(Later that night)

Catalina's POV: I'm gonna ignore everything that has happened today with Mr i have a sexy mexican accent and just chill in my room.

(Someone knocks on Catalina's bedroom door)

Catalina: Come on in!

Jeremiah: Hey sis. Fernando just came over and said that he wanted to talk to you.

Catalina: Fernando? As in Karina's brother? Tell him i'll meet him in 5.

Jeremiah: He's smoking on the balcony, you'll find him there.

(Jeremiah leaves)

Catalina's POV: Fernando hates me. What could he possibly want?

Catalina: Eh, one way to find out.

(She goes to find Fernando on the balcony)

Catalina: Fernando. You wanted to see me?

Fernando: I owe you an apology.

Catalina: For?

Fernando: Listen.. I'm not usually like this guess i'm just having a bad week. Sorry for taking it out on you yesterday. You're Karina's friend which means you are part of the family. Hope you can understand.

Catalina's POV: Nicely done.

Catalina: What happened is in the past now. Thank you for this.

Fernando: Thanks for understanding. So how are you coping with Gael being here?

Catalina: Gael?

Fernando: With him moving in and all.

Catalina: What are you talking about?

Fernando: What you didn't know? Don't you live here?

Catalina: I do. But what does Gael have to do with this?

Fernando: I thought Johanes already told you. Gael is moving in with you guys. Johanes invited him.

Catalina: Are you sure?

Fernando: You don't look very happy about it.

Catalina: What? No. I mean i am happy. You just surprised me.

Fernando: Sorry about it but i honestly thought that you already knew.

Catalina: It's fine.

Fernando: Ricardo is a nice guy, you'll get used to him being around pretty easily.

Catalina: I'm sure i will.

Fernando: I gotta go now. I'll see you tomorrow.

Catalina: Say hi to Ale will ya?

(Fernando leaves)

Catalina's POV: Living with Gael? I liked the sound of that. But at the same time, it scared me. Even if he had his "asshole moments", i knew that i was attracted to the guy in a way or another. After seeing him in the shower, i couldn't deny it i had a little crush on him despite barely knowing him. Can you blame? He was handsome.

(Gael shows up behind Catalina)

Gael: Watching the stars Cataloca?

Catalina: What is wrong with you? I almost had a heart attack.

Gael: "Almost". Key word Cataloca.

Catalina's POV: When i turned around, i noticed how close he was. The moonlight reflected his eyes and switched them into another shade of blue. People often speak of the color of eyes, as if that were of importance, yet his would be beautiful in any shade. I felt uncomfortable. But i didn't have the guts to ask him to move. Because at the same time i was enjoying this.

Gael: The stars are the other way Cataloca.

Catalina: Can i ask you something?

Gael: Depends. Am i making you nervous?

Catalina: You want a lie or an honest answer?

(Gael backs up)

Gael: You're obviously uncomfortable. I don't want you to go all clumsy on me.

Catalina's POV: Am i that transparent?

Catalina: So i just wanted to know. I'm 100% sure that you know my name. But you keep calling me Cataloca. Why?

Gael: Google it.

Catalina: You're not gonna tell me?

Gael: Nope. See ya tomorrow bonita.

Catalina's POV: Oh so one second you're nice and the other you wanna play bad boy? Better suck it up and go to bed.

(Time 2 am)

Catalina's POV: Dammit i can't sleep. Were these footsteps?

(Catalina goes to check it out and walks into something)

Catalina: Ouch.

Gael: What are you doing up this late?

Catalina: I could ask you the same.

Gael: Go back to bed kid. It's way past your curfew.

Catalina: Where are you going?

Gael: I'm pretty sure that's none of your business but i'm gonna try and do an act of goodness. I'm going cruising. Now if you excuse me i'm-

Catalina: You have to take me with you.

Gael: What?

Catalina: Pleaseeee!

Gael: Hell no. Listen i'm not trying to be mean, but i don't think Johanes would be fine with you going out this late.

Catalina: I'm 19 years old i can make my own decisions asshole.

Gael: And i'm 23 and you better respect your elders. Get back to bed kid.

(Catalina makes a sad face)

Gael: Fine i can make an exception. Go get dressed.

(Catalina runs to get dressed)

(Gael's POV: Instant regrets.

(Meanwhile)

Catalina: What kind of clothes am i supposed to wear? I mean i have to look badass don't i? Better make it fast. I'll choose the white legging outfit.

(She runs back)

Catalina: I'm all ready to go. Where is he?

Gael: Took you long enough.

Catalina's POV: Is he.. staring?

Gael: What are you wearing?

Catalina: Thought i had to look badass. I mean you're wearing a racing kit. Is it exaggerated?

Gael: No it's not. You look.. interesting. Let's get moving.

Catalina's POV: Interesting? That's your way of complimenting a lady?

Catalina: Oh who cares, as long as he's taking me with him.

(In the car)

Gael: So you're calm by night and clumsy by day?

Catalina: I need to let you focus. Plus i'm enjoying the ride. Can i ask you something?

Gael: Go on.

Catalina: How can you afford a car like this one?

Gael: Straight to the point i see. Aren't you rich or something?

Catalina: Yeah but i still can't afford this beast.

Gael: I prefer the silent you.

Catalina's POV: You're a secretive guy aren't you?

(Gael calls someone)

Gael: Where are you? On my way, i'll see you in 10.

Catalina's POV: Where are you taking me?

(They arrive at their destinations and get out of the car)

Fernando: Catalina? What are you doing here?

Catalina: Gael invited me.

Gael: No i didn't.

Fernando: Does Johanes know about this?

Gael: Take a guess.

Catalina: Johanes isn't my dad. I can do whatever the hell i want to do.

Fernando: You know he's gonna freak out if he finds out.

Catalina: He won't.

Fernando: If you say so. You two up for a race?

Catalina: HELL TO THE YES!

Gael: No! We're just gonna go for a 10 minutes ride and get back home. Catalina has classes tomorrow.

Catalina: So what?

Fernando: Hey i agree. I have classes too so i'll be going now. I'll see you both tomorrow.

(Fernando leaves and so does Gael)

Catalina: Where are you going?

(She runs to the car)

(In the car)

Gael: Oh so now you're giving me the death stare?

Catalina's POV: Screw you.

Gael: I don't like to be ignored.

Gael's POV: Oh you wanna play it dirty?

Catalina's POV: Gael put the car in sports plus mode. He was trying to scare me, i can see this guy doesn't like to be disrespected. I've seen multiple personalities oh his, but this one was totally different. He had a very determined look, ready to get us killed just to make me stop ignoring him. And honestly? I liked this side of him. I wasn't scared of speed, but this car had capabilites beyond limits. And using it at it full power could be deadly.

Catalina: ALRIGHT SLOW DOWN I'LL STOP IGNORING YOU!

Gael: It wasn't that hard now was it?

(Later on)

Catalina: Where are we?

Gael: You're the one who wanted to go for a walk because you're feeling nauseous.

Catalina: BECAUSE YOU'RE DRIVING LIKE A FUCKIN PSYCHOPATH.

Gael: Real classy.

Catalina: Screw you. This was totally unnecessary. What makes you think that you can act like a total asshole and keep your calm at all time?

Gael: I said it once and i'm saying it again. I prefer the silent you.

Catalina: I wanna go home. You were right. I shouldn't have come with you. I never imagined that he tension would be this poisonous.

(Gael goes closer to Catalina)

Gael: What kind of tension are you talking about Cataloca?

Catalina: No we're not doing this! I'm done with your mood swings and multiple personalities.

Gael: Is that so? You know you look much better this close.

Catalina's POV: Gael was the private kind of guy, you couldn't read his mind nor his actions. There's something about him, a slight confidence and inflated ego, that has me muddling my words and blushing uncontrollably whenever he's around. I studied his features silently all while preventing eye contacts. His bone structure was fine and perfectly symmetrical. It was manly. You could cut the sexual tension with a knife. But he didn't show any kind of weakness. Can't say the same about me, i was 1 minute away from falling down. My knees were weak and i couldn't control my posture anymore. Until..

Cole Danvers: Gael Ricardo Garcia. You know when people called the department and informed us about an all new black limited edition XAX violating our speeds limits and putting our people in danger. I immediately thought about you. I knew you couldn't stay away from troubles for more then 24 hours.

Gael: Pathetic. You know i'll pay my bail like i always do. So why don't you pretend that this never happened?

Cole Danvers: But where's the fun in that? Plus i'm pretty sure you miss our beautiful cells.

Catalina: Where are you taking me?

Cole Danvers: To the police department. You both are under arrest.

Catalina: WHAT?

Cole Danvers: Alright let's wrap it up men!

(At the police department)

Gael: Destroying my ear drums isn't going to get you out of here.

Catalina: 19 years! 19 YEARS AND I NEVER EVEN WENT TO A POLICE DEPARTMENT! 1 DAY OF MEETING YOU AND I'M ALREADY LOCKED UP IN A CELL! How are we gonna get out of here? We need someone to pay our bail! HOW ARE YOU SO CALM?

Gael: That's my 4th time this week.

Catalina: You're a bad influence.

Gael: I have it under control.

Catalina: I can't call my parents nor my brothers! They would freak out. This is bad!

Gael: HEY OFFICER! Did you make the phone call i asked you to do?

(Someone walks in)

Rei: Did someone order a daddy Rei to the rescue? Hello cousin. Oh who's the redhead?

Gael: Get me out of here already.

Rei: Gladly cousin.

Gael: Catalina that's my cousin Rei.

Catalina: Yeah thanks let's go!

Rei: I like her, she's perfect for me.

Gael: Yeah right. Aren't you crushing on the girl working in the hotel where you're staying?

Rei: Yeah but i'm playing hard to get.

Gael: Come on.

(Outside)

Catalina: I'm so ready to get back home!

Gael: Thanks for the help buddy.

Rei: Pass by the hotel when you're bored. We're work free this week, my boss is kinda busy. Bye beautiful.

(Rei leaves)

Catalina: Can we go home now?

(Back home)

Catalina's POV: The ride back home was silent. I was totally pissed. Being arrested 4 times a week? This guy was obviously trouble and i had to stay away from him as much as possible until he moves out of the penthouse. He didn't say a word. Not even apologized for his stupid actions. But i decided to ignore him anyway.

Catalina: Good night asshole.

Gael: I love it when a sweet little lady gets all feisty on me. Totally turns me on.

Catalina: I'm not gonna let you mess with my head again.

Gael: Is that so?

Catalina: And next time i wanna go out this late, i'll make sure to choose a better driver.

Gael: I'm the best there is.

Catalina: Yea right.

Gael: You can ask your brother.

Catalina: We almost died because of you!

Jeremiah: Is that so?
