7 Emotions.

Victoria hesitated a bit. She did not want this maniac to know the truth until she gets a word from her father. She was a businesswoman and knew what sort of ambitions this so call sons of her father held in their non-beating cold dead hearts. She said with much change in her face, "Will you not know the truth when father comes back."

Despite everything and anything, the stepsons of the Vlad household had a firm bond. They would kill and die for each other. Well, so they said. Liya was the person Aran played with, the next day he gifted his toy to his poor ill-tempered brother. Thinking of it that way, isn't it indirect murder? The culprit is Aran. Okay, back to the story.

Aran sneered and said, "I will wait. How about we go..." suddenly his nose picked up a scent. He turned to his right gazing at the gravestones, he spoke in a cold voice, "Who dares to kill my people?"

He vanished from his place. Victoria gazed back at the crowd and thinking that it is boring to be here as they did not pay attention to her, she vanished from her place, using her super speed. The Pablo family was too boring for her compared to the Vampires fighting. She just moved in the direction Aran left in when she heard some sounds. It was as if blades were closing against each other.

When she arrived at the place, she saw a man in black clothes kicking Aran from the side. The kick was so powerful that her stepbrother flew for at least 100 meters before he sprawled over the wall. The man in black spoke in anger, "Aran Vlad, do you not know who I am?"

His voice was so cold that it sent chills down Victoria's spine. She was shocked by this feeling. She became curious to find out who this person was. Aran coughed up and got himself out of the wall, leaving an outline of his figure. He said, "Hunter, why did you kill my men?"

The man who fought him was Bones. When Aran arrived here he saw Bones killing four of his men as if they were chickens. These men were turned into vampires by him. The issue started when Bones came to visit his mother's grave and found that the place was littered with trash. The graveyard authorities were paid specifically by him to keep his mother's resting place clean. He looked around and found a vampire smoking.

Bones made a simple request, that was to clean up the place. The vampire was too low level and could not sense the scent of the progenitor from his body so they decided to act against this guy and 'eat' him. (drink his blood). They attack Bones and they died. This could be solved easily but was Bones going to do it?

NO!!

He was hell-bent on killing more vampires. He said, "You are not qualified to ask me anything, go away, or I will kill you." his blue eyes were visible to Aran. This dead cold gaze almost froze his soul. Aran Vlad spat out a mouthful of blood and ran away.

He did not even care about Victoria, who was standing behind Bones at a distance. He just ran away for the fear of his life. Bones turned, he still held the bouquet in his hand. His eyes landed on the girl in a black dress. He said, "Miss Vlad, would you mind vacating the area. I need to see my mother."

His voice was incredibly soft when he said the word 'Mother.'

Victoria was dazed. She heard the cold voice again. "Did you not hear what I said?" She woke up with a jolt and stepped to the side. She watched as the man silently kneeled in front of the gravestone, cleaned it gently. His caring gaze, as he looked on the gravestone was what she longed for.

Watching the man in front of her, she was lost in thoughts, 'Can a vampire actually feel something? Why are his eyes so warm and caring?'

She turned her gaze to the gravestone which wrote in an elegant font, Here lies, Vika Smith. Mother to Willian Smith. Below was engraved her date of birth and death. Victoria was shocked to see the date.

She was not surprised at the date being almost two centuries old. But on the fact that the man in front of the grave could still feel such emotion after such a long time. She was lost in the thoughts when the man stood up.

His gaze was locked onto the gravestone as he bit his lip so hard that it got cut. The scene of an old vampire almost losing himself to grief was what made Victoria lose her senses. She felt her heartbeat. For the first time. She never expected a vampire to be so, so, Humane. She walked over to him.

Bones was surprised to see her. He never expected her to stay, even after the guy scolded her to leave. He did not react and watched what she was doing. Victoria walked close to him and gazed into his eyes, with a look of yearning. Bones froze. He did not expect vampire eyes to display longing.

While he was stunned, Victoria had already placed her palm on his cold cheek. She was gazing in her eyes when a sense of shock appeared in the, she could not help but want to capture it and drown herself in them.

Just as their lips were about to touch each other. The man slapped her. She fell to the ground, gazing at the man in front of her, eyes filled with disbelief. The man gazed at her and after dusting off the dirt from his knees. He walked away, leaving her alone in the cold gloomy graveyard.

The girl gazed at his back and smirked. She sensed a faint fear from the man when he slapped her. The girl mumbled, "I will remember you."

The man heard her murmur, as he thought, 'I will make sure that you can never forget me.'
