6 Late Night Surprise

It is already late after Aunt Su Liann came home. Without her knowing, both Su Hann and Xiao Wei are hiding in the kitchen where the lighting was switched off.

"Su Hann, Xiao Wei... I'm home. Where are both of you?" Realising her house is dark. Her mind is thinking that both of the girls must be out celebrating their day as they have been separated for a long time.

"This Su Hann child, never bother to tell me anything. Never mind, I think I'll be alone for tonight." Su Liann walks towards the kitchen and retrieved a glass of water to release her thirst.

In the middle of her drinking, suddenly there are two voice screaming at her ears causing Aunt Su Liann to drop her glass and start cursing in her native language. Luckily the glass didn't break. Hearing the ancient types of swear, the young girls laughing until their stomach hurts.

"Mom, I never heard you cursing like that. Hahaha truly this is our lucky day to hear something new came out from your mouth" With a hand placed on her heart, Aunt Su Liann's eyes are shooting daggers at Su Hann.

"Aunty, don't be mad at us. This was all my idea. I just miss to tease you so much!" Xiao Wei replies while still laughing. "Okay, okay.. to ease your heart, let me treat you with my cooking!"

Hearing Xiao Wei's persuasion, Aunt Su Liann's eyes turn tender. "If it is like that, I have been wanting to eat your Butter Prawn cooking. Only you can make it to my standard!"

"Mom, you are praising her too much. Why did you never ask me to cook for you?" Su Hann mouth turns into pouting and both Xiao Wei and Aunt Su Liann look at each other and smile knowingly. That is because of Su Hann never have the cooking skills. Every dish that she made will either be tasteless or too salty.

"Then, aunty you can take a shower and I will cook for you! Su Hann, you will be my assistant!"

Dinner went well and Aunt Su Liann really enjoyed her cooking. After the dinner, all three of them assemble in the living room.

"Xiao Wei, I brought back few reports for you to check. The white file is the sales reports for last month and these files are new proposals for you to check"

Xiao Wei took the files that were given to her and opens the folders which labeled as "Reports". She went through several pages and reading in the revenue section. Although Xiao Wei is in charge as the designer of the brand since she is still CEO of the company. Like the past years, she has been receiving reports from Aunt Liann so that she knows the monthly progress of the company.

During the six years she stays abroad, she was one of the students of University D which ranked 5 in country F. She studied business management and also took a designing class as her minor subject. She has scored well in her studies and able to balance her study and working life.

Furthermore, her family name is actually "Zhao". It is not a surprise that she was able to grasp the business knowledge as "Zhao" family can be considered as one of the top family in the business world. Since she was considered as the outcast of the family, she had no choice other than to changed her name from Zhao to Xiao which she took from her grandmother's family name and live with the new identity.

"It seems like Zhao Enterprise already starts to invest in our company" Xiao Wei take a glance towards Aunt Liann.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you. Actually the representative of Zhao Entertainment met me this evening. Can you guess who is he? It is actually Zhao Bing. Can you imagine his pretend face when he came to see me?" Aunt Liann made an angry face.

Zhao Enterprise is actually a large company which focuses on trading business. At the same time, they also have the sub company named Zhao Entertainment which popular with beautiful and handsome artists. Zhao Bing, who is Xiao Wei's uncle is currently the manager of Zhao Entertainment.

"What did they want?" Xiao Wei then opens the orange file which labeled as with Zhao Entertainment.

"As you can see in your hands is their proposal. Recently, one of their artists got the invitation to attend the Producers Gala Night. So, they think that your design is what suits them and want to sign a contract with you. I am very sure that this will pique your interest. However, the contract is only to design the dress for one artist- your cousin, Zhao Shuang. "

"Okay then, I think there is no harm with accepting their proposals" Xiao Wei winks at Aunt Liann and then get up to go to her room.

"Alright, honey you must be tired. By the way Xiao Wei, don't forget to read all of the proposals. There might be something that you like. " Aunt Lian then wish Xiao Wei a good night.
