Chapter 1:- Giving Food to a Stranger

Author note:- I recommend watching the who teen wolf series and movie to understand it better. Although it will only include the derek hale from the series and everything other in this boo is my own original creation.

'Ding! Host has suffered for the 14 years with the curse of Eternal bad luck, And this has completed the condition for the system to be activated.'

'Ding! System is being activated, 0%.. 3%... 7%... 9%... 23%... 37%... 59%... 71%... 82%... 94%... 99%... 100%..'

'Ding! System have successfully activated.'

I who was like an emotionless puppet before but now has a shine of stirred up emotions that I don't know when I felt for last time.

Many reincarnated individuals may have start thinking about how they would conquer the world this cheat of system and would start asking questions about how their system can make them powerful enough to rule the world and do many outrageous things, but i had only one question and that was 'How can i get rid of this curse that is making my living life more worse than death itself.' Because i might be born in the nobal family of the duke and have a loving parents and all but this curse of mine always create the situations for me that get worse every time than previous one. Then I mustered all the will power inside me and started asking the same thought of question from system.

'Ding! Host it is not possible to get rid of your curse, at least for now. But, in future, there may be opportunity to accomplish that.'

This answer from system made me return to my usual state of cold emotions and person who is always bound in some constraints.

'Ding! Host is now assigned a quest. Host can complete the quest given by system to receive rewards.'

'Quest:- Your destiny is calling for you. you have to take a step on this path to begin this journey.

Information about quest:- Host must go in the slum area, and must share his food with a person which guts of host point out that this is that correct person.

Reward for Quest completion:- Healing ability- This ability will let the host heal his own injuries at a super fast speed, and will make host able to absorb the injuries of other person. But upon absorbing the injuries of others, host will fell 10 times pain. [ Healing Ability- Rank F ]

Penalty of Failure in Quest:- Curse of eternal bad luck will be strengthened, and it would start to effect the people around you with bad luck.'

Upon witnessing this quest from system, I couldn't decide to be happy or sad, because this quest can be both a blessings and a more vicious curse than the one I already have.

I started to cook mine food to go on and complete this quest. I had to cook on my own, because my curse is not as simple as just bad luck but thing that will ruin all the things that make me happy, although it can not affect the people but only non- living things from what i have observed over these 14 years in my life in this world.

I can not hold any food made by the others as it will wither away instantly, and in the childhood i could only drink the water. It was shock to all the people that how can new born can only survive on drinking water alone. But I have one guess in my mind that this curse wouldn't let me die but torture me beyond the limits of imagination.

As I was cooking in the kitchen of the mansion, a gentle looking man came and stood in the middle of door looking kindly toward me.

He is my father in this life, named Duke Ettire poke.

Sensing him coming, I said mentioning him without turning back, "Father, why are here, you should be in court giving lessons to those greedy ministers."

After saying those words, I turned toward father to see his reaction.

Lips of father curled up into a blooming smile, and he replied, "Haha, you should leave their topic for some time. I know they are greedy but i am changing their behaviour slowly with implementing the policies you talk about. But, let's set that topic aside for now, and you tell me why are you cooking right now, because if I remember correctly you have already eaten."

"Father, I am going to go in the slums to share food with the some of needed ones. I feel like it may help me improve my mood a little." I said lying while hiding real truth from father.

"I knew Geni, you are constantly suffering through the things that I can not solve for you. You hide your true self under the veil of this fake smile. You can go anywhere you want, if doing so bring you happiness. But, you have to take guards with you for safety." Father replied getting teary eyed.

"Father do you think I need any safety because you know this curse would let anything happen to me and if I someone dares to do so. My anger mixed with my rage will bring the doom of enemy. But if you insist, I will take Gorgen knight with me." I said mentioning my inner thoughts somewhat.

"Okay, now as you agreed with me, you should focus on your cooking right now, because I can smell something burning right now." told father with chuckling in his tone.

I quickly moved and ran toward the food which is in process of being cooked and saw that it is not overcooked and my father was only pulling my legs.

I puffed out my cheeks and said in childish voice, "Father, you are quite cheeky, okay, my food is ready to pack and go, so tell the servant to tell knight gorgen to stay outside, and he will tag around me from there."

"Okay, i will do so." Father gave reply going outside.

Within few minutes food was completely cooked and I packed it up tp carry it.

As I got out of room, I saw knight Gorgen who had treated me very good from my birth and he is a majestic knight of Level 7 only second to royal knights in whole empire.

"Young master, if you are ready, we can go." Gorgen said while bowing down.
