6 Chapter 5: Zalgo

I woke up around 7:30 p.m. and got ready for the night. I walked out of my apartment and started to head to the gas station to get some chips and a soda before I headed out for my killing spree. The clerk then looks at me then pushes my items to me before I could pay,

"You don't have to pay for that Miss. That ummmm...nice gentleman over there paid for you." She pointed at a guy with midnight black hair, blood-red highlighted bangs, and crimson red contacts. Even though his contacts seemed so real.

"Ummm......Okay, thanks for telling me." I got my stuff and walked over to the guy, which now I will say was a BIG mistake, he smiled and said in a low gravely voice which gave me chills, "Hello my dear, would your name be Lily by any chance?" I looked at him confused,

"Yes, how do you know that?" I asked.

"I just want to talk to you. Would you come with me somewhere more private? We need to be alone when we talk about this subject." he said holding the door open for me. I exited the store and followed him to a nearby park.

"So what is it you want to talk about?" I asked turning to him.

He smirked then said, "First let me fully introduce myself. My name is Zalgo." My whole body shot with goosebumps at his name. I then heard him laugh,

"So it is true you are one of us now. If that's so, Lily I want you to join me..."

I turned to him in shock, "W-what do you mean I'm one of you? And what do you mean by join you?!"

He then smirked, "You're something called a proxy. We are killers just like you."

I looked at him in disbelief. "Who's we though?" I asked trying to stay calm.

Zalgo then stretched out his hand, "Come with me and I'll show you..."

I then saw a blood-red portal appear behind him. I was about to take his hand till I hesitated a bit.

"Why does this feel wrong? I should feel fine with this I'll be surrounded by people just like me." I thought stepping back. "I'm sorry, Zalgo. I really thank you for the offer but I just can't." I answered.

He growled then grabbed my wrist tightly, "I'm afraid I can't take no for an answer, my dear..."

He then began to pull me into the portal. I then felt my invisible arms grab onto the ground as he began to drag me. I then used one of the invisible hands to grab my cleaver and struck him right in the chest. He grabbed his chest and yelled in pain, as these tentacle looking things wrapped around my legs, I screamed in pain as one began to stab into my thigh. I quickly then yanked my cleaver out of his chest and used one of my invisible arms to rip his tentacles off as I hacked the other one away and ran away from him. The last thing I heard him yell out to me was,

"I will find you, Lily. And when I do you will be mine!"

I ran all the way to my apartment, I held my leg tightly once I got there and saw the huge gash wound on my thigh.

"Damn it. He got me good.", I said to myself. I got up from the floor slowly and went to the restroom. I cleaned the wound and got a needle and thread.

"I wonder if this will help." I thought and began to sow the wound up. I then got bandages and wrapped it up carefully.

"That guy knows where I live I bet. I gotta find a new place to live." I then got my bags of clothes, weapons, and food then left my apartment.
