The last combat : What will be the decision ?

The arena was full of the viewers. The cheering voice of the crowd was so loud that it can be echoed in the whole world. Soon Varundev and Devsena came and stand in the middle of the arena gazing through each other's eyes intensely. Varundev said,

"Thank you, what you didn't spoke yourself, the sword will speak now. Let's extend our love conversation".

" Why not"?

They both took their position. Devsena attacked first, but Varundev ducked to avoid it. Varundev kicked on her knees from behind making her fall in his arms. She initiated more attacks but Varundev avoided those by moving back. She said,

"Very excited to die soon"!

"Why are you being too late to kill"?

Devsena was about to attack, Varundev hold her hand and tuck it on her behind. Then pushed her to fall in the ground. Devsena rose her sword up her head to attack but Varundev again blocked it and bend backwards and then pull her by the waist.

" Though like this only, at least two loving person got the chance to come in to each other's arm. If you have already accepted by sword then, why are you so hesitant to accept me"?

Though she kicked him away, Varundev pulled her by her hand and pinned her to the ground.

"Devsena, a true lover fears of nothing. Not even of his death".

"I have been tricked".

" How so"?

"I have wanted to fight with a warrior, not a lover. Not my lover".

She kicked him away. They had another clash but Varundev again pulled her and locked her with his arms, like embracing from back. She kept on moving back in the hope of getting a opportunity for pushing him away, but both of them went to the dead end of the hill. All of the audience stood up expecting something interesting but both of them lost their control and fall into the Saptasindhu.

On an abandoned place of a forest, two figures swam out of the river. Drowned in water, they stood in front of each other. Varundev forwarded towards her, she took the sword but her hands are being stopped by his long tender hand.

"Our luck has brought us together, Devsena. We have become so close to each other. The blood of our wounds have become one. Only the mingling of the soul is left. If I have to die for that, then I am ready to embrace the death".

Devsena wounded one of his arm.

" We Aryans believe on deeds wheel and the deed of love is the utmost".

She wounded his other arm.

"Meeting of me with you have a link with this cycle. Something which isn't successful in this birth will achieve the success in another birth. Then why not end the relation of this life as soon as possible".

She wounded him at the leg. Disappointedly she sat on the ground and asked

" Why are you not fighting "?

"Why are you fighting with yourself"?

" I have taken my oath. I have to complete my revenge ".

" Complete that too".

He tripped out his armor and said,"This is our life in this birth. The journey of love from revenge ".

" If this is love, then what kind of love is this, Varundev? How can a love start from sword"?

"Then you are agreeing. You too are agreeing that you love me".

" Yes.... Yes, Varundev.... but....."

"No buts... This is only our journey in this life. Now these swords only will make us soulmates from opponents".

They both look into each others eyes to make their pain lessen by the sweetness of their love. Varundev hold her from waist and stab the sword into her chest. He said,

" Complete your revenge, Devsena. If you will complete your selfishness, only then the journey of our love will begin. You can't die alone".

He took her hand and stab the sword through his stomach. They both fell down on the ground. They put all their effort and intersected their fingers. The blood flowed out of their bodies and mixed with each other. They both smiled.

"See! I am all yours now, Varundev".

Before closing her eyes, Devsena thought to herself, " What kind of end is this to my life, to my dreams, to my goals. The wishes of my parents and my wanting are still incomplete. I have to reborn. To complete those incomplete promises and desires, I have to come to this Earth again. I will come. I will return back. I will certainly come".
