9 The bloody Christmas

Thea's P. O. V.

Today 24th of December, Christmas Eve, Eli and I decided to head home to celebrate Christmas with Gradgie, and Catherine said she will come too. So I want to be there of course and I want Eli to join, I know haven't had a Christmas like this before so I want him to experience it.

"So are you ready to celebrate Christmas mi conde?" I asked

"Of course mi hermosa" He stated and hold my hand

On our way home, our hand are stick together, it feels good having a person like Eli.

Stepping in my house Gradgie is the one who welcomed us

"Hey love birds!" She greeted

"What? you know?" I asked Gradgie

"I know everything my dear, but don't worry, I see you are happy so, I give you my blessing Eli" Gradgie said

"So? I can be your granddaughter's boyfriend?" Eli asked

"Yeah, if Thea does want you to be her boyfriend its good for me" Gradgie stated

Eli looked at me in the eye

"Thea, will you be my girlfriend?" He asked

"Well, I can't say no to you my count" I said

And he hugged me, hugged me so tight my heart is beating so fast, this is the best Christmas ever, I am so happy, why is Catherine always late, he never knew I already had a boyfriend, for sure she will he so shocked that she will jump like a moron. I can't wait to see that bitch.

"Yess!!! Thank you Lord!!!!!" Eli shouted like an idiot which made me laugh and smile.

"How about we head in, don't you think guys?" Gradgie said

We both chuckled and we did went inside

"So Eli, how's your week with Thea?" Gradgie started the conversation

"It was one hell of a week, Gradgie it was so fun, Thea is awesome" Eli said

"How about you, dear? Did Eli made you smile?" Gradgie asked me

"Yeah, countless of times Gradgie" I stated

I looked at Eli, his cheeks are turning red

"Hey, Eli? Are you blushing?" I asked him then chuckled

"No, I'm not, I don't blush" He said and covered his cheeks with his hands.

Gradgie and I just chuckled, along with Bernard and David, Gradgie's colleagues.

It was a long day chatting with each other, laughing smiling, why didn't Catherine came? hopefully she does later.

only fifteen minutes more before Christmas comes.

We waited for that fifteen minutes and when the last ten seconds came the countdown started

we shouted in unison

Before we can enjoy Christmas, we heard loud gunshots outside and we were correct, they are gunshots.

Why?! gunshots to gunshots, there is something off, people are killing each other, I need to help, I can say who are the bad guys

I looked at Gradgie

"Gradgie, will you let me fight?" I asked her

Gradgie looked at Bernard he nodded, then Gradgie looked at me. She nodded

I went to my room to get my gun, bow and arrow,and my katana.

Eli shouted "Hey baby! where are you going?" He asked.

"I was born to help people Eli, learning every I know right now is useless if I don't go out there!" I exclaimed

"Then I'm fighting we you" He said

I knew you'd said that good thing I brought 2 of those things I took upstairs

We went outside it was chaotic, let me show you assholes not to mess with me

I took out my gun and fired at those assholes in the shoulder to stop them for firing, I don't take lifes. I'm no God, but I do stop them for being God.

every bullet of my gun was a sucess. I lost bullets, yep, now, archery. I shoot like I'm just playing this is fun, i fought like a trained warrior, I hit perfectly. it took us a bit of time until there are no longer guns firing. I took my katana to fight but a guy was behind me took the katana and threw it far away from me, so now I need to fight hand to hand. He thinks I won't win huh? I noticed there are circling me, 6 men to be precise,

I looked for Eli and saw him fighting too, in a hand to hand combat. Looks like I need to fight

I prepared my first, and positioned my legs.

When one of them approached me, I gave him a kick from behind and was followed by the 5 other assholes but sorry, I'm fast, I slide to the back of one of them. and kick him in the back

Making him my way to jump high then I kicked one more, okay 3 left, I punch, blocked, kicked, slide until I found 10 more guys on my way?

what is this? plant versus zombies?

so I waited for them, and again

I fought

I kicked

I punched

I blocked

I swinged

I was fighting incredibly but when I saw Catherine walk inside the Village from a far I run towards her to protect her, I was running so fast, I know Catherine can't fight.

But I was too late

One of the assholes held her from the back

He locked Catherine's hand and showed a knife in front if her neck

I saw my bestfriend cry.

The guy spoke

"Let me go, and the girl lives" He said

He was walking slowly. And before he left, to save himself, he stabbed Catherine from the back

"No!!!!!" I shouted and ran towards my bestfriend

I took her hand, she is bleeding, I found my self crying, while Eli ran after the guy who stabbed Catherine

"Hold on C-Cath, y-you'll live, hold on o-okay?" I said while crying, she held my hand tight and spoke

"Sorry I'm late sis, I'm sorry" She said

"No! I'm sorry Cath, don't leave me please please don't please" I was begging her

"I love you Thea" She said before her breath ended

"Noo!!!!!!" I exclaimed

Why did they took my bestfriend

I hold Catherine tight, I hugged her cold body while crying

"Sorry Catherine, I'm so sorry, sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry"

I was chanting those words until Gradgie, Eli, along with Bernard and David went by my side trying to comfort me, but Gradgie too was crying

We took her to the hospital but it was really to late, I didn't save my best friend

I take it back, this is our Christmas with Danger.
