57 Chapter fifty-seven: File a divorce petition!

"You should have told me about it, Sam." My mom said and then she put her hands on mine. "Why did you take all this by yourself?"

I closed my eyes as I let out a heavy sigh. We were in my old room and both sat on the edge of the bed. I told her everything, even Luke's real feelings for me or should I say Luke's empty feelings.

"Because I don't want you to be worried, mom, this is my fault and I should be the one to take the consequences."

"Samantha, if you're talking about what you did before, well it's been so long. It's already been four years and you now have a 4-year-old daughter."
