2 Bad manners

In the morning, Adriana prepares breakfast for Mark who still sleepy. This time she cooked her husband's favorite food, which is sauteed shrimp.

In a luxurious kitchen with modern furniture with walls dominated by silver, Adriana is not alone, but with her mother-in-law, Margareth.

Although in the luxurious house there are several maid, Adriana and Margareth prefer to cook by themselves.

They are in the kitchen together but don't speak to each other. For some reason, her in-laws always acted indifferent to her.

Adriana smiled when she accidentally looked at each other with Margareth. however, her mother-in-law chooses to look away rather than smile back at her.

"What are you going to cook, Mom?" Adriana asked.

Instead of answering, her in-laws looked at her sarcastically and asked, "Didn't you see what I was cooking?"

Adriana sighed, Margareth's response was always unkind. As a daughter-in-law, she felt that there was less and less meaning in her mother-in-law's eyes. However, she tried to remainpatient because it was a risk to follow her husband. Whatever the attitude of her in-laws, she will accept it gracefully.

"Hem ... that's also Mark's favorite food." Adriana returned to preparing the ingredients for later cooking.

Margareth glanced at Adriana who was washing shrimp. That glance was a sign of hatred because she never accepted Adriana as a daughter-in-law. the reason is simple, only because the daughter-in-law comes from an ordinary and poor family.

"Better see your son has to wake up or not. or he will fall out of bed again and cry. I don't want to hear his cries this morning." Margareth said curtly as she stirred the chicken soup she was cooking.

Adriana let out a harsh sigh while glancing at Margareth. She understood that her in-laws meant to throw her out of the kitchen.

"Patient."

At least, that's the only word that always crossed Adriana's mind when she faced Margareth who always snapped at her.

Adriana immediately left the kitchen and walked towards her room. She accidentally bumped into Byanca, Mark's sister. The girl just looked at her sarcastically and just walked away.

Adriana tries to ignore the attitude of her sister-in-law who doesn't like her either. Being patient is something she always does, it is a risk to stay at the in-law's house even though now and then she feels like she just wants to go.

Elena opened the door to her room and saw an unusual sight. Evan is still sleeping while hugging Mark, it is very peaceful to look at the two men she loves sleeping together. It's rare to see the father and son together. Adriana immediately took the phone from her pocket and took a picture of the two of them.

A smile grows on Adriana's lips when she sees the photo she just took on her phone, then she returns the phone to her pocket and walks back to the kitchen.

Arrived in the kitchen, it turned out that Margareth had finished cooking. Adriana immediately started cooking Mark's favorite shrimp stir-fry, hurriedly getting up.

"Wow ... sauteed shrimp, I thought... this breakfast is very delicious!" Dave is suddenly beside Adriana. He is Mark's younger brother who happened to see his sister-in-law cooking a meal that he also liked. Dave's age is not far from his brother. Currently, he is 25 years old.

"Dave ... since when were you here?" asked Adriana who was a little surprised by the presence of her brother-in-law.

"Just now," replied Dave. "I woke up and felt hungry, Adriana. You cooked my favorite food," he continued.

"Haha ... don't be too confident! I cooked this for my husband." Adriana chuckled at Dave, who was interested to taste the stir-fried shrimp. The man always asked her to joke when other family members ignored her, even wanted to kick her out of the house.

Dave chuckled, occasionally glancing at his sister-in-law who was secretly starting to attract him. Who knows what the man had in mind, sometimes he felt sorry for her. However, slowly the feeling became more than just pity.

"But I like it too. cooking for brother-in-law doesn't matter, right?"Dave looked like he didn't want to be outdone.

Adriana nodded with a chuckle, she confirmed Dave's words. "You can eat this, but after my husband eats. If leftover ... that means you are lucky."

"Oh, Well. I agree." Dave nodded his head. "Uh ... where is Evan. is he still sleeping?"

Dave loves Evan, he is always attentive and invites him to play, even spoils him. This is difference to Byanca who was very curt at Evan.

"Yes. he's still very early and why did you wake up so early, it's unusual right?" Adriana asked again while focusing on wrestling with the shrimp stir fry.

"I smelled the shrimp stir fry, so I woke up," Dave replied in a contrived tone. Somehow he always wanted to tease Adriana.

"Hmm ... you better go, or I'll finish all this long. hurry up and go!" Adriana exclaimed as she pushed Dave out of the kitchen. She had to throw the man away, or would just keep her joking around.

In the room, Evan is crying looking for Adriana. His cries disturbed Mark's sleep and of course, immediately woke up. The man tried to calm him down, but the child was still crying until finally, he decided to carry him out of the room.

"Adriana ... Adriana!" shouted Mark while looking for her wife in the living room. However, all he found was Byanca watching TV.

"Why are you screaming? why do you always cry in the morning?" Byanca annoyed irritably at her brother and nephew.

"Do you know where Adriana is?" asked Mark angrily.

"I think she was in the kitchen," Byanca answered without turning her head.

Mark immediately walked into the kitchen with Evan still in his arms, he stared at the back of his wife who was cooking.

"Is it still long to finish it? Look, Evan is crying looking for you!" Mark approached Adriana and showed His son sobbing in his arms

"It will be finished soon," Adriana replied, then she turned to Evan "Be patient, Son. mommy Will make milk for you."

Adriana immediately put the cooked shrimp stir fry into a plate, then brought it to the dining table. After finishing with the shrimp stir fry, She immediately washed her hands and made milk for Evan. Mark only flinched watching his wife move quickly for the sake of the child.

After finishing making milk, Adriana immediately grabbed Evan from Mark's arms.

"Come and drink milk first, don't cry anymore, okay!" she exclaimed.

Evan nodded and stopped crying.

Adriana immediately handed her a glass of milk for her son to drink. she patiently waited for the child to drink the milk little by little until it ran out.

Seeing that Evan has calmed down, Mark intends to return to the room. "I want to take a shower first, then prepare all my needs!" he exclaimed with a flat gaze, then immediately left the kitchen.

Adriana nodded obediently and left Evan to Dave who was watching TV with Byanca, then immediately went to the room.

In the room, Adriana made the bed and prepared work clothes for Mark. that's her routine every day as a housewife. She played the role because it was an obligation, even though there was a sense of regret for marrying young with her husband's family condition that did not accept her.

"Today I will come home a little late," said Mark, who just came out of the bathroom shirtless, because he was only wearing a towel at waist level. The man walked over to his wife who was choosing clothes for him.

"You always come home at night lately, rarely have time for me and Evan," Adriana replied as she handed Mark clothes.

Mark was silent while taking his clothes, he looked lazily at Adriana who showed a sad expression.

"I'm busy because the company is unstable, there is no time to relax," explained Mark while wearing his clothes.

"Hem ... but our child also needs your attention, you rarely ask him to play." Adriana looked sadly at Mark, hoping her husband would understand what she was feeling.

"You know I work for you, so don't complain too much!" said Mark in a high tone.

"I can hear you, there's no need to scream like that," Adriana replied curtly.

Mark immediately left the room, leaving Adriana in a state of distress. he looked like a man who was bored of his wife.

Adriana stared at Mark's back with hatred as he passed away. She just wanted to get proper attention. However, her husband was completely inconsiderate. What is wrong if a wife demands attention for her child? at least that's what she was thinking about.
