7 Chpt #7 - Mishap
"Hey why did you do that to her. You were with her the whole night yesterday!" Desmond asked Ryan with full of curiosity.
"Just feel like doing it" Ryan smirked.
"This will never make her fall in love with you" Desmond walks out from Ryan office.
In the meeting together with Mr Gu…
15 minutes before the meeting ends.
"Okay guys, it's going to be a busy week as a company booked our conference hall for their dinner and dance. So Nancy, you will take charge to oversee and make sure nothing goes wrong" Amanda assigned the task to each individual and dismissed the team.
Nancy and her team went to the conference hall to start cleaning and preparing the decorations for the dinner and dance event.
Nancy is the type that gets tired very easy especially when she does alot of physical work as she has low blood. So not having enough sleep last night, totally didn't help her out today.
Nancy keeps yawning while stacking up those cartons to put them in the store room.
As she was carrying the cartons, she heard a high frequency sound. She has not eaten breakfast nor lunch nor ate any medicine for her low blood thus she's feeling extremely weak now.
She ignores the sound and tried her best to quickly head to the store room as fast as possible before she starts to faint.
*CLANKKK*
The boxes all fell.
Nancy accidentally bump to Mr Gu and she falls to the ground. The moment she was at the ground, the high frequency sound seems to be getting louder and Nancy feels that her breathing speed is getting slower.
"CAN YOU WATCH WHERE…." Ryan shouted but stopped at the moment he saw how weak Nancy was.
"Nancy are you okay? Nancy can you hear me??" Ryan starts to panic after seeing Nancy fainted.
Hearing Ryan panicking voice, Desmond ran over to see the situation. Ryan carries Nancy in a princess hug and ran to the medical center that is located beside the hotel.
"Ricky! Clear these boxes off and take over Nancy to oversee the situation" Desmond commands the team and left to see Ryan and Nancy.
"She has low blood and she has not eaten the whole day. We are giving her the drip and she should be up in an hour time. She's not supposed to physically overworked. Her body can't take it." The doctor explained to Ryan.
"Thank you doctor" Ryan ran back to the ward after thanking the doctor.
Ryan holds on to her hand and patiently waited for her to wake up.
"Hey Des, go and buy porridge and bring it to ward 28." Ryan calls Desmond to buy porridge so that Nancy could eat after she's awake.
Desmond came over around 20 minutes later with the porridge.
"Hey, i think I'm going to change and be Randy. Atleast she will feel comfortable. Play along with me okay" Ryan changed to a casual hoodie and put on spectacles. He even washed of his gel-ed hair to look like a normal boy next door image.
30 minutes later, Nancy woke up.
"Why…am i…here? Oh! Omg! The event!" Nancy took of the drip and ran out from the ward but only to bump into Randy.
"Hey where are you going? Go get some rest!" Randy stops her from running any further.
"Ah….my head hurts…" With the support of Randy, Nancy walks back to her bed.
Randy opens the porridge and feeds Nancy.
"Hey don't worry about work. I've reported to Mr Gu and Ricky will be taking over you to oversee the event preparation" Desmond told Nancy.
"Oh…and how do you know i was here?" Nancy asked Randy out of curiosity.
