Sense of guilt

"Who was the idiot who thought this up?" Chao groaned in between his rapid breathing, and Yitian almost fell from the hoverboard because of the laughter. 

He was riding the hoverboard next to the entire team that was running. It was Chao's idea because his endurance wasn't enough to run the entire lap around the premises, so he got him a hoverboard and let him 'coach' them.

But as soon as they ran uphill, Chao started swearing at everyone but the person that said they would do it the most, which meant himself.

"You said they need to work out again," Yitian chuckled but shut up when Chao killed him with his stare. Now it looked like it was more like a punishment for Chao than others because they didn't have such a problem running upwards.

"When I have such an idiotic idea again, just slap me…" he said and bend over with his hands on his knees. They finally arrived at their final destination, back home.
