As I got down I could see Damon shoot a killer stare at me knowing that look I knew he would kill me if I don't get to the car in less than a minute

"Sweetie u know u have chronic ulcer and asthma I don't want you to fall sick and be called to pick u up in school"
"Mom am fine and that reminds me Damon can u please not tell anyone about my sickness please "
Damon Snickers"oh my little brother has to ask for my help now , okay let's get to school it's my last year before college and I am not gonna be late cause of you "
Steve looks up at his mom "can you just try to be patient I am trying my best as you know " turns to him mom "mom am ok" turns back to Damon " yeah let go"
The mom turns to them "ok sweetie have a nice day at school and Damon make sure you look after your brother ok"
"Mom he's gonna be fine don't worry he is not a child" Damon laughs

On our way I see Damon checking his phone multiple times and I could see multiple missed calls, I knew if I asked he was just gonna tell me to mind my business ,just then we approached a big building and the car slows down to a parking lot Damon turns to me.
"well here we are " Damon get down he starts heading inside when I stopped him.
"hey must you tell anyone we are brothers you know I can take care of myself" Damon looks amusingly up at his brother.
"Why don't you want people to know am your brother am quite popular so you know and can protect you"
"Well you see that is the problem I want a fresh start and don't want people to see me only as your brother and besides am 14 and am sure there are many people without brothers there"
