"Lady Siv." Eydis calls as everyone else's eyes are on her. "We would like you to lead the meetings from now on."

"Me? But I am not a chief." Siv comments, a bit confused.

"You are the Chosen One, our true leader." Eydis flashes her a wide smile. "I think it is about time you take your rightful seat." Siv stares at her with mixed feelings.

'Why is my heart beating so fast?'

"In addition, the chiefs voted unanimously to make you our leader." The chief adds. 

Siv's eyes travel around the room and sees the approval on the other chiefs' faces.

"Even Hulda?" Siv asks.

"Even Hulda." Eydis answers.

"I have seen enough to believe." Hulda tells her. "Were you not the one who said that we chose what to believe in and what to disregard? Well, I choose to believe in it all."
