168 The Power Of The Fire

Siv lies on her back and puts her arm on her face. She was not able to sleep all night. 

'I wonder how long I have been here. Gary is probably worried.'

She did find out some more information the day before, though. First of all, the Blue Fire sent her back in time. A few hundreds of years earlier, which she is still trying to wrap her head around. Magic is the norm, everyone can use it. But Siv needed to find out more about why she was sent back, so she asked a few people around and got a few things cleared up. She is almost sure that it is related to the king's visit.

'Queen Marina is King André's second wife. Basically, she only has normal magical powers. Thanks to the gossipy innkeeper, I found out that the King's first wife died in a suspicious carriage accident.'
