"Some of you may not know who I am, so I will begin by introducing myself." Siv starts as loudly as her vocal cords permit. "My name is Siv Holmen, I was Crown Prince Brandt's fiancee." A few men exchange a few looks in confusion. "I have encountered Hakon a few months ago when he and Eluf were trying to kill us. And by us, I mean His Highness Prince Bjarte and myself." A few muffled whispers are heard. "We had no choice but to protect ourselves. And the result was me stabbing Eluf in the neck after he stuck a sword in my stomach. I almost died myself." Siv raises her head, a stern look takes a hold of her face. "So if you want to sit there and judge me for choosing my life over the man who tried to kill me, go right ahead. I will never apologize for that, and if I had to do it again, I would, as many times as it takes to survive."
