6 6. beginning

To focus on my studies my parents didn't want me working at the store anymore but I still recieved enough pocket money.

Mid year was closing in and Eddie and I have become rather close now that Emma had started dating Chase who she has had a crush on since forever and Lee was dating Trey who was the friend of Chase.

I really liked the fact that despite Eddie being their older brother he always tried protected them and stood by them allowing them to make their own decisions as individuals.

Sometimes I had felt as if Emma had forgotten about me and spent all her time with Chase in and out of school and Lee and I still hung out at school as Trey was from another school across town but they would always meet after school. Truth be told I was really glad that the twins were happy.

Eddie and I kissed a few times and I knew that I was falling harder than I should but I just couldn't resist and it was such a big secret to hide and I knew I had to tell someone but I knew very well that I could nottell the twins that I had fallen for their brother so I decided that I would stay away from Eddie for a while to avoid compromising the friendship between the twins and I.

Over the weekend I had avoided Eddie and went to store thereafter I got home and studied assuming that it would beleaving less time to think about him but that plan had totally failed as he was on my mind none the less.

The next Monday I started leaving for school earlier than usual avoiding them and telling them I had taken a ride with with my parents and started leaving school later using the school library as an excuse. I avoided Eddie whenever possible and by the end of the week I had only spoke to him twice.

Later that evening I received a message from Emma's phone asking me to come over.

I replied on my way open the door for me

I reached there and Eddie was sitting in the lounge with his two sisters and their boyfriends, uncle Reg had given them permission to have a birthday celebration for the twins as their birthday was next weekend and they would be turning 17.

Eddie completely ignored me the whole time while we all were deciding on what to do so we had settled on going to the spa and then the 6 of us having a pool party and that we could invite whoever we wanted.

Chase suggested that I needed to meet one of his friends Jake I smiled and was about to reply when I received a text from an unknown number :

TELL HIM THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO!!!

I totally ignored it knowing it very well that the sender was Eddie. I replied sure Chase you could invite him to the party causing the twins to burst into laughter saying I have never had a crush on any guy but now I'm ready to meet Jake.

Eddie texted me again

WHY ARE YOU IGNORING ME MILAN???

Again I ignored him and said that I was feeling really tired I'm leaving and will see them tomorrow. Eddie walked me out again and as he was about to close the door i realised that I had forgotten my phone and had asked him to get it for me.

A minute later he returned I was about to hold my hand out to collect my phone but he grabbed me by my waist and pulled me back inside kissing me in front of everyone and I knew I had a hell of a lot of explaining to do right now.
