34 MISS SHERLOCK HOLMES

After following my same routine I went to the office in the morning I was sitting in my cabin and got a call from the demon to work in his library. I thought I was lucky enough to get in the library without any hard work. So, I reached the library and started my search from one shelf to another but it only exhausted me and I gained nothing. After roaming for about half an hour I found a shelf written with deals area but the problem was that it was on some really good height I was not able to reach up there. I started looking here and there so that I could get anything to reach up there and I got a movable staircase. I climbed on that and was searching suddenly my balance got broken by a voice " what are you doing up there" and I was ready to fall down but a strong pair of hands caught me in mid-air and I was shocked to see he was the demon, Damon.

He said, " are you really so clumsy or you are just a stupid enough person". I quickly regained my posture and told him to leave me then he said " okay " and left and again I was going to fall but he caught me and I shouted angrily " are you mad or what ". He said, " you only said to leave and now you are shouting just make up your for what you want".

I murmured " whatever ". He said, " excuse me ". I said, " yes excused now can you leave I have work to do". He said, " don't you think you are forgetting this is my place and you are telling me to leave from my place, are you sure you wanna do this".

I bite my lower lip hard and swallowed my pride and said: " sorry for my behavior sir.this won't repeat again". He said " fine and you are at wrong shelf go in front and search in the third row".

But I was still standing there and waiting then he said " anything else".

I replied " no sir " and left.

I was still hoping him to leave soon so that I could continue my search but he was still roaming from one shelf to another. He sure was testing my patience. After sometimes which for me was a very long time and I sighed. Then I continued searching but to vain. I sat on the floor and thought I am never gonna get anything and leaned back to rest but as soon my head reaches the shelf it hit me hard and one document fell on my head. i said" I am already so pissed and still everything is working to piss me more". after saying I picked the document from which a paper fell and I lazily picked it but was shocked after looking at the heading of the paper, it was a contract paper and the company name was my company name and the people among which this contract has been signed were Damon and Caroline. I was in a daze when his assistant approached me I saw him coming and put a book over the documents he asked" why are you standing here? have you completed the work that sir has passed you? In reply, I nodded and said," I was leaving for my cabin but I got a book which will enhance my ability and started reading it, sorry if I wasted time I will quickly go to my cabin and start another work". He said" ok" and left. I felt that reading here will not do any good to me so I will take this home and read there.
