" oh gosh, who is ringing that doorbell?, aunt Rebecca! ", Ann screams, "oh, I forgot she usually goes to the church", Ann realized as Veda nodded to what she said.

" I'll get it", Ann said, " delivery service Madame from Famous Debbi Dials", the young delivery boy chimed.

Debbi Dials is one of the most prestigious and expensive shopping malls, a tie there could cost a thousand Euros.

Piles of expensive bags, shoes, jewelry, and other accessories were brought out from the van.

" stop guys!!, who ordered and sent this here ", she asked in rage, she could see the price tags and knew this caused a lot of money causing her rage to intensify.

Why couldn't she live in peace? firstly she was chased out of her landlord's house, found out it was caused by an annoying jerk, and now this? it all reminded her of the hypocritical life she lived before. She had a clue who could have done it.

" Mr. Calli Ambrosio mam", the young deliverer said scared of Ann's seething rage.

Her frowning expression turned to a sweet angelic smile which suited her angelic face, one could easily be deceived thinking she was innocently unaware of the vicious beast lies within, Veda chuckles as she got a clue of what Ann was doing.

" OK connect to video call so I can thank him", Ann said smiling sweetly through gritted teeth.

The delivery boy whose name is Ethan, did so but was also amazed, "the raging tiger was now a cute cat ", he thought. " well, no one knows what goes on in a woman's mind", he thought as he did as she instructed.

" Sir I've delivered it but she wants to speak to you", he said very afraid of Calli, " oh does she?, give the phone to her", Calli said.

Evans's hand trembled as he handed the phone to her because his smile was more dangerous by his cold stoic face. He looked more handsome and grown, with his well sculpted, face pink lips, and that hair, Ann was lost in thought as she stared at him, he looked like a Greek god. " why stare when you can have me?", he was cold but the seductive voice made her shudder as she came back to her senses, this man is her enemy.

"Hello, Mr. Callie, long time, thanks for the gift", Ann smiled mischievously and he understood her smile, " don't do anything stupid", he warned.

" I'm not stupid to do anything stupid ", she said smiling sweetly, he understood because he usually said that but what happened next was brutal.

" neighbors!!, come and take what someone got you", Ann said, in a matter of minutes the poor and needy, even some of the rich came and started carting away the goodies one by one till everything that he bought was gone.

Then a woman said, " this is pure gold", everyone confirmed that what they carried was very expensive that it could buy them and they became afraid, they thought that Rebecca was poor just like them and her niece was the same so where did she get all this.

Calli smirked, " how will you get out of this now sweetie?, seems like you implicated your self but I can help", he said clipping his nail elegantly.

" no worries guys, this kind, rich, and elegant guy bought it for you, he is my friend and today is his birthday, so he gave this to you", she said showing Calli off through the video call as he glared, now he learned a lesson, never underestimate Ann Williams.

" oh, he's so handsome and dreamy", some girl said giggling which made Ann frown but Calli couldn't see it because she had the phone facing the people unless he would have been happy that she was jealous.

" you can all leave", Ann ordered and they did, she sighed, putting on an act wasn't easy at all.

Veda ran towards Ann, " can I have this diamonds encrusted bag?", she asked, " don't you dare", calli said in rage.

" you can have it", she said and Veda squealed in joy.

" oh you made us late boss now we'll have to arrive late, hope you don't get mad, guess we won't go shopping, Veda", Ann pouted pitifully while Veda nodded like a mindless crook.

Ann blew a kiss at calli and disconnected the call.

The deliverer shivered in fear, Calli is gonna kill him, " pls mam, save my life", he knelt and begged, " here is my black card, use it wisely", Ann said making the man and Veda wide-eyed, just how powerful was she they thought as Ann shut the close acting as though the card was mere paper.

"let's get ready for work, you've gotten a diamonds encrusted bag straight from Paris, a limited edition", Ann said dryly, " how did you know it was from Paris? ", Veda asked.

She was stunned, she only heard about the bag but now she was holding it and acting like it was another bag as she rummaged through her wardrobe.

" I have mine in turquoise color, I bought it when I was on a family vacation in Paris", Ann said remembering how the so-called family vacation wasn't so, she didn't see her parents and had to hang out with one of her male friends, all she did was shop.

As she unwrapped it, Veda gasped, this was the very one that was auctioned, now she knew Ann wasn't joking when she said she is wealthy but why is she living normally? Veda decided to leave the question since Ann looked disturbed by Calli's earlier visit.

", Veda squealed not because of the expensive bag but because she and Ann's bag were identical, meaning they were real friends and Veda would do anything for her but not murder at least but if murder was needed then she might... she might...what is she thinking, she can't commit murder.

Ann cracked her throat when she noticed that Veda wasn't paying attention, "Uhm what's up big dog?", Veda said scratching her hair and smiling awkwardly like a child caught stealing candy, " first never call me that, and what's up is that I am confused about what we are going to wear", Ann said and that was when she noticed the scattered room and Ann holding a maroon colored jump suite in the right hand and grey colored pant suite, Veda never thought about that but Ann seemed to be distressed since most of the clothes in there were the ones she brought when she had to sleep over at her aunt's place and attend work the next day.

Ann wanted to dress well and for the record, she was surprised she never thought about the latest trends.

" I feel like we should have gone shopping as you suggested, I'm such a fool", Ann said sitting on the bed with her hand tugging her hair.

" wow you seem stressed about your dressing, you always dress nice, does it have anything to do with having to see Calli all over again? ", Veda asked.

" no it doesn't, just pick something already ", Ann commanded in anger, just thinking that the possibility of seeing Calli was giving her jitters made her mad, she got over him and that's it.

" you should wear the maroon-colored jumpsuit while I wear this pink dress", Veda suggested. "but don't you think the jumpsuit will expose my figure? I have a big butt remember", Ann said, she always avoided stretchy clothes because of her figure now she had no choice but to wear them.

" stop being so uptight and go get dressed", Veda yelled like a mother hen. " okay, okay just stop pushing me, I'm going, seems like you are so excited....." Ann didn't get to finish her statement when Veda shoved her toothbrush into the bathroom and smiled shutting the door behind her.

Ann sighed as she was always the one who does that to Veda.
