1 Prologue

Beijing ,China 2020

Under the night sky , stood two young and handsome man.The river bank was decorated with lamps and fairy lights , brightening the whole place and celebrating the new year.

One of the man sat on the car deck and was holding an alcohol bottle in one of his hand.His empty and deep eyes looked at the river that reflected the lamps and the image of the moon and millions of stars.

The other man stared at him , who was was drinking without any break.He wanted to stop him but had no authority.After all he was his boss , his Superior.

He took a long glance at his emotionless boss and averted his eyes to look at his phone, which was full with missed calls and text messages.

He typed a quick message , before putting his phone back into his Suit pocket.

" Sir, Your parents and your sister, Young Miss Qei are asking about your whereabouts.Miss Ericka family are visiting them to apologize ."

Hearing , the familiar name , the other man stared intensely at the nearby tear before throwing the alcohol bottle towards the tree.The bottle crashed and shattered with a loud thud .

" Clyde, inform them that I will be back before dinner.Send her parents back.I don't to meet them."

Qei Liam ordered his assistent Clyde.He stared towards the sky for a minute before jumping from the deck and walked to the backseat of the car , sitting and closing his eyes.

It was almost a week , before she left him alone in the Wedding Altar.With a reason , he want to scoff.After having a four years of relationship, she still didn't knew him properly.Why couldn,t he allow her to pursue her Career after the wedding.He was not that petty .The reason he fell in love with her because she was independent , hardworking , passionate and decisive.

He still remembered the Anticipation , he had to see her in the White wedding gown.Although he and his family wanted a small , intimate traditional wedding but he killed his desires to give her , her dream wedding .A lavish and modern One.He even fought with his parents to have a modern wedding.

He was so happy, standing in the altar , waiting nervously for her.His bestmen teasing him.But what he got in return.The news about her running away from the wedding and petty note for him , that she wrote , saying she was sorry and that she wanted to become something before marrying him.

She could have told him that she needed more time , when he proposed her for the marriage.

Clyde , looked at his boss exhausted form , through the rearview mirror.After Thirty minutes drive , they reached the Qei Mansion.

They both walked inside the Mansion coming face to face with Liam's parents , Father Qei and Mother Qei and his younger sister Qei Meili.

Clyde sighed in relief when he didn't saw Ericka parents.

Father Qei and Mother Qei sighed in relief, when they saw their son safe.Mother Qei hugged him tightly with tears in her eyes.Qei Meili hugged her brother too.

Father Qei frowned as he ordered him to follow him to his study Room.Both the father and son duo walked towards the study room.

Mother Qei was supported to her room by Qei Meili.

Clyde looked at the family , before walking out of the Mansion.He was halway when he was pulled into a dark room.He was going to fight , when he smelled the familiar scent and the soft body that was hugging him.He hugged her back , softly consoling the crying girl.

" Shh! , Stop crying .Stop crying Baby."

Qei Meili stared at his face with her teary eyes and snuggle closer in his embrace.Clyde sighed before hugging her tightly.

" Did you trace that Women location?" She asked resentfully .

" Hmm , she is in paris.I have my people follow her.She was partying with her friends the day she ran away from the wedding.Your brother doesn't know about this."

Qei Meili cursed ," Is she even a human.How could she party , leaving my brother in the wedding Altar.?"

Both of them stayed in each other warm embrace before parting in opposite direction with a long kiss.

In the study room..

" Are you going to lecture me that your opinion about Ericka was right?"

Qei Liam spoke looking at the paper weight.

Father Qei shook his head with a small smile.

" No , I won't .Although my opinion about her was right but in the end your opinion matter.You were going to spend your whole life with her."

Qei Liam looked at his father and played with the paperweight.Seemingly not amused by his words.

" Look Son .Everything happens for some reason.Maybe she was not the right women for you.Maybe your destined women is far away and waiting for you or coming to meet you ."

Liam scoffed at his father's poetic words.

" Yeah! Right.She is coming flying through the air and tearing the sky to meet me.I am not interested Dad.I'm not getting married again".

Liam informed nochantly.

Father Qei wanted to beat the shit out of his Son.

" So you are going to die virgin and never gives us any grandchild "

Liam looked at his father shaking his head.

" Dad , Why are you so Sure that ,i am a virgin.Ericka was my girlfriend for four years".

Father Qei rolled his eyes before saying proudly, " Son , I am your father.I know how stiff , boring and conservative your relationship was you Ericka.I doubt you even properly kissed her other than pecking each other.Love shouldn't be conservative.It should be passionate.Like your mother and mine.You were born before our wedding "

Qei Liam gave a look at his father but his father was right.But he could only love like that.He was being enough passionate by taking her too multiple dates.

"Dad thanks for the knowledge but I don't need it and don't worry i won't kill myself or go in depresssion because of this.Your son is stronger."

Saying this he walked out of the study room and stroded towards his room.
