In the post-apocalyptic world that has affected every nation, in some parts of the Federation, in a city; Vladivistok – once a prosperous and blossoming city, then encased in eternal winter and then covered in ice. For a few decades, there weren’t signals nor signs of life within the city, the gripping cold and radiation that befell deposited untold horrors and unleashed human nature to be so cruel and savage.
