Half Truth

Elisia was confused. "How could I belonged to the Dragon Clan? They're powerful and ancient. I'm nothing compared to them."

"Think about it. Your father never allowed you to develop your powers. He made you believe you're worthless. I don't know everything about you but my mother would not write it in her diary if it wasn't true."

Elisia's head throbbed. "D-Do you know my father?"

She was disappointed when Zena shook her head.

"My mother suddenly burned her diary so I was unable to finish reading it. But I know what I read." Elisia leaned her back on the bed's headboard. She was blankly staring at nothing.

"I can help you find out about everything." Zena said.

Elisia glanced at Zena. The things she said was only half of the truth. She was from the Dragon Clan, but her father was unknown. The Demon King Asmodeus took her but the reason was unclear. Why would he raise a child who was a halfling? A half demon and half dragon.
