5 V : Last Day On Earth

[ Life, a weird circle created by the Almighty. Sometimes it feels so suffocating to think that before saying goodbye to our family, we have to lie down under 5 feet of the ground. We always feel broken when anyone dear to us passes away, we feel sad that we couldn't say bye. But just think of the person who's dead. How much pain does he have to go though when everyone leaves him alone in the graveyard?

The main reason behind saying all these is, spend more time with your family and friends, less time with technology. Come physically to meet your family rather than video calls. Hangout with friends without phones. Enjoy your life! You never when it's your or your family's last day on earth. Love more and spread the positivity.

Now without further ado let's continue the story! ]

*Forbidden forest, Asfalis*

''What on earth are you doing with this filthy blood girl Evan?'' Melissa sort of screams seeing Evan and Izel together, and she isn't alone. Mihapi is also with her, ashamed of ehat her great-grand daughter is doing. It was Asterion who informed them about their secret dating. Because deep down he just couldn't bear Izel being alive.

''I'm sorry Izel I tried to stop them but they still came,'' Xandria says.

''Yeah man we tried to stop them but-'' Rigel pants.

''Izel, do you really want me to die out of shame?'' Mihapi sobs, ''What are you doing with him dear?''

''GGma, Ms.Melissa, I...I-'' Izel gets cut off by Evan.

''What's wrong with you Ms.Melissa? Why are you calling her that?''

''Cause that's what she is, son! She has the filthy blood of her father running in her veins!'' Melissa says as she gives nasty looks to Izel as she had a volcano inside her which was being ready to explode, ''Don't you want your parents to be at peace, son?''

This question leaves Evan speechless. He kept asking himself what was more important to him, his parents/his past or the love of his life/his present, ''So what do you want me to do huh? Kill her? I will never do that! I can't!''

''Are you gonna argue with me over this trivial matter son? KILL HER!''

''NO!'' both Rigel and Xandria scream because they know that that's impossible.

''Ms.Melissa I-'' and before Evan could say anything more he feels Izel's hand on his broad shoulders.

''You have to do it Evan,'' Izel finally speaks and this time her hands are not empty, she is holding a dagger. And not any other dagger, the dagger of her great grandfather, the Aegeus legacy, ''I'll die at peace if you kill me, it won't...hurt Evan!'' she speaks as her voice breaks. She's no longer the strong girl that Evan saw in Ieros that day. She's no longer the brave girl who goes hunting into the woods. She's broken and vulnerable now. And maybe ready to die.

''Izel are you out of your mind?'' Xandria comes to snatch away the dagger but Izel doesn't give.

''I knew this day would come, it's just so sad that my angel has to pay for what her father did,'' Mihapi says still sobbing.

''Oh this was bound to happen dear sister, you bastard son killed my son and daughter in law, left my Evan a life of an orphan and what's the point of crying now?'' Melissa rages out.

''I lost my son and daughter in law too Melissa, my Izel also had a life of an orphan!''

''Oh shut up sister, Izel has that filthy blood running in her body, she is as evil as her father, she is-''

''Enough Ms.Melissa enough! my Izel is as innocent as a newborn child!''

''That's because maybe that evil girl put some sort of spell on you, son''

''Evan, please, end this...kill me,'' Izels groans.

''Oh yes, please do the honors, son,'' Melissa says proudly.

Mihapi falls on the grass of the forbidden forest, Xandria holds her.

''Stop this drama of yours sister,'' Melissa says as if having no pity for her sister.

''Don't even think to do anything like Evan, you're not a murderer, you can't kill her,'' Rigel says.

''I won't and I'll never-'' and just before Evan could finish his sentence a devastating incidents takes place.

After coming back to senses Evan realizes that Izel hold his hand made the dagger go her stomach. his hands are covered with the blood of the most precious person of Evan's life. Izel's radiant peach face turned pale, her face looked like that all the happiness left her body. She struggled to find happiness but couldn't find any. She fell on the grass dyeing them with her blood. Everyone was left shocked. Mihapi realized that this was the worst nightmare of her 89 years of existence. Xandria and Rigel, they were shocked. Melissa was obviously happy to finally destroy the family of her son's killer.

And as of Evan, well, he was devastated, broken, in one word destroyed! The love of his life on his lap, breathing her last is possibly the only thing that can kill Evan mentally and emotionally.

Though everyone except Melissa were already grieving one loss, the next incident that happened in that forbidden forest was heart breaking for everyone.

Evan grabs the dagger puts it through his stomach. And this Melissa falls on the ground, ''EVAN! Oh my god what you have done, SON!'' Rigel holds her.

Lying on the bed of dead Evan says looking at Izel's grey eyes which are now crying, ''I killed you to take the revenge of my parents' murder and...and...'' he groans in pain, ''And I killed myself to take the revenge of your murder. I love you Izel Aegeus, and this love is...infinite.''

Drowned in immense pain Izel's face is covered with tears. This pain is not from the wound, this pain is because Evan is in pain for her. she holds the hands of her life who was lying right beside her. She parts her lips apart to say her last words, ''I don't know where we will end up, heaven or hell, I don't even if we will be able to recognize each other but I promise Evan Bennet, I'll forever...love you.''

They exchange a last look with their friends and great-grandmothers and then to each other. As they pray for togetherness in the hereafter, the two hopeless lovers caught up in family revenge and mistakes of their fathers, breath their last.
