Jasmine rolled her eyes at the maid's request. 

"Hmm..." she sighed and looked at Laura, who seemed a bit disturbed. The smile on her face changed to a completely different mood that showed she was worried about something. Jasmine, who saw this, immediately understood. 

"I thought you said you were in love with him. So, why the long face?" She asked. 

Laura sighed and looked at the door, "tell him, I'm coming!" She replied. And the maid nodded before walking away.

"He has been avoiding me for a week now. Why will he need me now?" Laura asked as soon as the maid's footsteps faded.

"Why?" Jasmine asked and folded her hands as she found this situation a bit rude and annoying. Why would Lim avoid someone he forcefully brought to his house?

Laura bit her lower lip as she felt nervous.

"I am waiting..." Jasmine insisted, glancing at her with a quizzical expression.
