1 Chapter 1 - Ice

When i opened my eyes i saw mom lookong at me.

"I was just about to wake you up, your breakfest is downstairs with your lunchbox! Have fun at school sweetie!" I thanked mom and she left the room. She closed the door carefully and i looked around. I looked at my alarm, it was just about to go off. I put my feets on the floor and walked downstairs. The smell of scrambled eggs became stronger by the step. I went down stairs as i saw a plate with scrambled eggs and a toast for me. 'Thank you mom' i said for myself. I sat down and looked at the TV. Of course she forgot to turn it off.

My mom adopted me when i was 5 years old. I lost all of my memories in a car crash did mom tell me when i layed in the hospital. I mean when i woke up from the coma 6 months after. She told me that both my real parents died in the car crash, they'd covered me so i still could make it. From that day i never knew what happend before, i only could look straight forward.

After i finished my breakfast i ran upstairs and put on my new school uniform. I've gotten into the best university in Tokyo - Tokyo University.

I've searched a lot about the university. I wanted to know if the teachers and the studies where good. Currently it was the best university and right now it was really difficult to get into. They wrote down that only 3% of Tokyo has gotten into that school. Someone wrote down that it is like a rich school.

I went into the bathroom and looked at my pink long hair. My eyes where also something everybody would notice out there. A lot of strangers tell me on the road what beautiful, unique eyes i have.

I packed my books i got and took my bag. I went down stairs again and put on my shoes. I felt my heartbeat going faster, because i've never been into a public school. I've always been homeschooled.

There is something also about me NOBODY knows. I have weird golden powers. I always think thats just nonsense because powers like these are impossible, but they are always there. With these powers i am able to move things around me and protect myself with. I always tried to avoid these powers, but there are times they just want to come out. It's a weird feeling in my arm and it gets always better when i used my powers.

I closed the door behind me and locked the door. I put down my key in my pocked and turned around. It was September currently. The weather becomes colder by the day. I put on my scarf and walked down the road.

Tokyo was always so crouded, but there i live it was always peaceful. There where many small houses abd we had the lake nerby. The trees where big and lost almost all of their leafes.

I daydreamed the whole way to my school when i suddently bumped into someone. I looked up and saw a boy with unique red colered hair and these beautiful eyes. I suddently noticed that i've starred at him more than 10 seconds so i picked up his books right away and pressed them into his hands.

"I am so sorry!" i blushed

The boy lauged at me and nodded. The left me while i was looking down on the ground.

When i noticed that he disappred i looked around. He left like he was never there and i didn't even hear footsteps of him.

The bell ringed and all the students went into the big building so did i. I looked around and saw two girls laughing wtih eachother and standing in the hallway. I walked up to them.

"Excuse me could you guys help me find the principals office?"

They both turned around and looked at me. It took a little while before they said anything, but they sent a smile towards me

"Of course! Are you the new girl?"

I nodded softly as they showed me the way.

"I am Lila and she is my BFF Sumi"

"I am Ice"

They where both so kind. They walked me all they way to the principals office.

They both had to leave because their leasson was about to start.

I stod in front of the office and i knocked softly on the door as i heard someone saying 'Come in'.

I opened the door carefully and saw the big office with a desk in the middle. The principals was an older man with brown hair mixed with white. He turned around and looked at me standing shy in the corner.

"Ah you must be Ice Helkasik, please take a seat"

He pointed gently at the chair in front of his big desk. I stepped forward and sat down as i looked at him standing behind the desk.

"I have your papers hear. Your class is 1-3"

"Tha-Thank you, Sir"

Suddently a boy came out of the private bathroom they had in the massive room. He's the one i bumped into today!

"This is Ruki Oakford, he'll attend in the same class as you. He'll also show you the way to your classroom. The rest of info you need are in the papers here"

He gave me the papers and sent us out. When i closed the door careful Ruki came closer to me. I blushed a little and stepped back.

"You have so intresting eyes.."

His voice was so soft and quiet like a little shy kitten. I laughed a little nervous at him as he still looked into my eyes.

"I get that a lot.. thanks anyways"

We both walked down the halways as Runi opened the door. I entered the room with Ruki.

All of the students looked at me as they whispered with eachother. Ruki took his place as the teacher stepped forward.

"I see a new face here, can you introduce you to us?"

"I am Ice Helkasik, Nice to meet you all!"

Ruki looked at me and never took his eyes from me. 'Such a familliar name..' did he think of

The Teacher pointed at a chair next to someone.. Sumi! She waved at me and smiled. We both siad 'Hi' as the teacher began the lesson.

After class i went out to the rooftop. I wanted to be alone a little as i became the feeling in my arm again. I maked a little golden cat with the golden shower. Suddently i turned around and saw Ruki standing there looking at me

"R-Ruki?! Uh... i didn't see you coming...!" i almost screamed. I was about to cry. I tried to cover the shower i just did as he looked at me emotionsless, but then he switched to a smile.

What would he think now about me?! Would he make everyone to bully me as the last school..?

"I would be more careful out there Ice.."
