2 Chapter 3 : The Arrival of Old Madame Ross

After Aria left the café, she headed back home hoping she could rest her mind.

At the Ross Mansion

"Welcome home Young Miss", said the butler as he carried Aria's luggage. " Thank you Dubois and also if my parents are looking for me tell them that i am in my room taking a nap." " Yes Young Miss". Butler Dubois said as he accompanied her to her room. He told the maids not to trouble their Young Miss unless it is their Master or their Madame's request, and instructed the guards to watch Aria well.

Aria's pov

'Maybe its good to be back and far away from those feckless men who only think about themselves, how annoying'.

Aria laid on the bed yet could not close her eyes to sleep. She got down, went to her walk in closet and changed into some comfortable cloths. She went into her study room to see if she had any messages from her gang and her company in abroad. It was past nine when aria realized that she had slept on her papers that were now crumpled. "Oh shit" she gasped.

" Now i need more papers to do this annoying work" she said in an annoyed tone. She later went down stairs and to her surprise she saw her father sipping tea and lecturing his assistant who looked worn-out.

She choose not to disturb her dad and headed towards the gardern to relax her mind. Aria sighed when she felt the cool breeze hit her upon her arrival. She sat on the bench that was located infront of her paternal grand father's grave. "I miss you old man" she said between sobs 😭. She closed her eyes remembering the last words her grand father uttered to her.

Ten years ago...

"Don't worry about your old man because i am very strong" said an old man in his late seventies. "I'm not crying old man, i'm just wipping something that feel in my eyes" she said as she pretended to act brave.

[You see Aria had a great relationship with her father's father and she loved him with all her heart but at last all good things are bound to come to an end so did her beloved grand father. But even though he died Aria still tried acting tough infront of her parents who saw through her act. Little did she know, that old man was not dead but..... *wink* cant spoil it * wink* ].

Back to the present....

Aria woke up in the gardern with a warm blanket covering her and her mother sitting beside her holding a cup of hot chocolate. Seeing that her daughter was waking up Rosalinda said, "why did you stay here at night?". Aria could sense the worry in her mother's words as she spoke. "I'm sorry its just that...i- " "You can't keep on crying and staying out here just because you are trying to grief your grand father, move on my child the past is behind us and the future awaits you so please Aria promise me you won't keep on acting like this. Now get up and go get ready for your break fast sfter that make a report for your grandmother because she is coming here today " ,Rosalinda said to her daughter who seemed to be surprise to hear thay her grandmother will arrive anytime soon. "Okay mom", she said as she dashed of to her room.

After getting the whole mansion prepared for the arrival of old madam Ross, Aria called Talia (her PA) to bring some of her reports home. "Young Miss Old Madame is in "said a young maid. "Okay i am coming".

"Oh my beautiful grand daughter who i love soo much" said old madame Ross upon the arrival of her grand daughter. " I miss you granny" said Aria. "Come , come let's all sit because i have wonderful gifts for you all from my trip in Country Z." They gathered around and Aria enjoyed the whole the with her loving parents and wonderful grandma forgetting about the sadness not long ago . She stayed with them for over three weeks and later left to the ancestral home of the Ross's with her grandmother.

Meanwhile.....

In the outskirts of Country X , Hayden was sitting in an arm chair meant for a king admiring a picture of Aria his subordinates had taken whiles an old man was being tourtured but a young by a simple looking guy. "I'll speak please just stop tourturing me", the old man said. "Now SPEAK before i loose my temper you shameless old man", the young but simple looking spoke guy in disgust.....
