1 Chapter 2: Finding a new ally

The mysterious person waited for Hayden to leave before she signalled Aria if 'it' could come and sit with her.

" umm.. are you the one that contacted me yesterday?". asked Aria as she looked at the person who sat opposite to her. "yes i am, and are you Midnight Gale"? asked the mysterious person. This really shocked Aria because, the person seemed to know about her underworld name and now, she really needs to be careful with this person. "please who are you and how do you know me"? asked aria in a serious tone as she addressed the person. " Well my name is Valgus, leader of the dragong gang and i really need your help with a mission my gang and i are planning on taking up". "Well not to sound rude or anything but how does this concern me and even why should i be involved in it" asked Aria.

"Well you see in this city, my gang cannot do anything without being spied on by the Shadow gang and their other subordinates." replied the mysterious person who was hoping to persuade Aria into helping her to get the Shadow gang and their subordinates off their tail so they can under go their mission.

Aria's pov

" should i really help, cause to be frank we are talking about the Shadow Gang here and they are literally the most powerful Mafia Gang in this city and other countries not to mention in the underworld my Gang ranks second to them, mmmm....." ( sighed).

"I want to know one thing," Aria said as she picked her phone on the coffee tabke to see if she could track this person out before making any deals. "Well what do you want to know?" asked the mysterious person. "One, who are you? and two, how can I benefit from you?." "Well my real name is Kylie Morgan, I hope you know my family is a prominent family in this city and in the neighbouring countries and so i can get you anything you want whether weapons or mansions" she said in a proud tone. "okay Miss Morgan, i want to make something clear, your family name doesn't scare me but from the way you speak i hope you won't let your gang and family down also if you ever try to betray me, i promise I would tear your family and gang right infront of your face" Aria said in a cold and scary tone that made kylie wonder who really is Midnight Gale. "Okay i understand and hope to be of service to you anytime" said kylie in a scared tone as she was really horrified of what she heard. "Good i hope so too but first let's discuss about how to try and stop the shadow gang from watching your every move".

They discussed everything and Aria found out that the Shadow gang was not following Kylie's gang but rather a different gang that was causing trouble in the northern part of the city and so, they enjoyed the day. At the end of the day, when they sat to watch the sunset, Aria said to kylie, " I might seem to be someone cold, scary, someone who doesn't trust so easily but sometimes i wonder if i am heartless or just dont want to love, but all in all today, i have found a new ally to help me in my future problems". "Yes, you are right and i plan to be someone who you can have trust in", Kylie said as she looked at Aria. " Trust is one thing i can't give fully to someone because of my past but lets see if you can really get it", said Aria as she got up to leave. "Well see you soon Miss Morgan". "See you too soon Miss Gale", "actually its Ross" Aria whispered as she left and fortunately having a sharp ear, Kylie heard it and was shocked to know that she had just talked to a Ross.

Kylie's pov

" OMG did i really talk to a Ross and how is she so humble but i wonder, what she meant by trust is one thing she can't fully give because of her past, hmmm..... maybe something happened to her"
