27 More Diary Entries

Turning his attention back to the item list, Alexander guessed that there were also items that his past self had left.

Scrolling down, he saw two interesting items.

[Diary of a Transmigrator Part II. Cost 10 FP]

[Diary of a Transmigrator Part III. Cost 20 FP]

He didn't hesitate any longer, but traded for the upgrade of the Quill of Fate and the two parts of the Origin Diary.

Purple mist floated out of his body, before condensing and becoming part of the Quill of Fate.

The Quill of Fate didn't have much of an appearance change, but Alexander noticed that it gave a more of an ancient feeling.

[Name: Quill of Fate]

[Characteristics: ?? / Contaminated with your power]

[Abilities:]

[Fate's inevitability: By writing a script on the notebook, you can affect other people's fate. Currently you can affect the fate of Beyonders up to Sequence 6.]

[Downsides: After each use, your own luck will be affected. The less likely it is for the script you wrote to happen, the more unfortunate you will become. This effect's duration is 24 hours.]

[The Quill of Fate is currently bound to you.]

The window popped up and Alexander saw the changes.

First of all, as expected the Quill of Fate could now affect Sequence 6 Beyonders.

At the same time, some of the previous question marks had been erased.

Through that information and Alexander's recently unsealed memories, Alexander could guess that this should be the pen that he used in his past life.

After a certain point, powerful Beyonders would unknowingly contaminate the items that they frequently came in contact with, giving them various extraordinary powers.

Leaving the Quill of Fate aside, Alexander opened the little book that had been sitting on his desk.

The first entries were still the same, but in additions to those, other entries had also revealed themselves.

[I've been thinking about the existences Above the Sequence for some time now.

Since they are all different parts of the Original Creator, how come they are so different?

Some of them have authority over creation, others over destruction and many of them are even unrelated to each other.

...

To be honest, among all the different remnant of the past era, I prefer Roselle.

He is the only one that shows his true nature.

The other two pretend to care about humanity and the greater good, but I think that they are just hypocrites.

Amanises likes to scheme behind other people's back, while the Ancient Sun God thought himself as the second coming of Jesus.

My friend, when you woke up you were already a Sequence 0 with multiple Uniquenesses and the Chaos Sea.

In your past life, the readers would call you a wish-fullfilment protagonist, why are you so proud of yourself?

...

Today Medici fell.

That kid Tudor is going to become a god with the help of Adam/Ancient Sun God.

Doesn't he know that he is going to go crazy?

What an idiot.

...

All of them have tried asking me for an alliance.

I told them to not bother me about their differences.

A bunch of short sighted guys.

Rather than thinking about how to jump out of the power system, they are still trying to usurp the Original Creator's power by killing each other.

They should be careful to not have a Great Old One awaken in themselves.

...

Amon visited me today.

He asked me what I think is the point of life.

I answered that life itself has no point and you should just try to enjoy it.

He looked at me awkwardly.

Ancient Sun God is really talented to try and instill humanity in a Mythological Creature.

...

If the gods keep killing my clones, I will pay a visit to their Divine Kingdoms.]

The entries ended there and were mostly similar to the entries of the first part.

Not much information was contained in it, but Alexander could finally be sure that his relation with the gods wasn't hostile.

At most, they shouldhave a competitive relationship with him.

Looking at the last entry, Alexander thought that maybe the gods in the simulation thought that he was a clone?

"Was I trying to imitate Amon?"

"But no matter what, I'm not so obnoxious that they would feel the need to kill me at first sight.", he thought.

Of course, he wasn't going to go and find a powerful Beyonder and ask, that would be simply looking for ways to die.

Having nothing else to do, Alexander started summing up the experience of the past month.

In some hours, Klein would descend and he would be pulled up the Origin Castle.

By now, he was already a Sequence 7 Briber, had multiple extraordinary items and had confirmed the nature of his "cheat".

He had joined two organizations, the MI9 and the Nemesis Order, which would be considered his own organization.

Lastly, he had already found a way to remain undetected by the Celestial Worthy of Heaven while in the Origin Castle and set a goal for himself: restoring his memories while becoming strong enough to deal with the consequences of doing so.

Realizing that this should be the best possible outcome that the month could have had, Alexander felt that this should be why he had been manipulating himself.

His intuition told him that from here on, his shackles would be taken off and he would have complete control over his actions.

At the same time however, he would also be subject to the consequences of these actions.

Author's notes. [Somewhat relevant to the story]

This should be the finale of the first part of the fanfic.

I've said before that the first part of this fanfic could be considered as a prologue.

Admittedly, 27 chapters of a prologue is too much and I could have started the fanfic here, but I prefer having these parts in the book.

In the next chapters Klein will descend and the part of the original book's plot will start.
