All types of murmurs resounded through the atmosphere as rumours keep sprouting on top of each other just like Chinese whispers but everyone present within the scene had a common belief as they looked at the innocent-looking Daniel playing the victim card

Everyone cursed as they resolved to never enter Daniel's pharmacy at all costs even if they were beaten to death but suddenly, out of nowhere, a middle-aged old man seemingly in his early forties arrived at the scene. He was wearing a bright azure blue robe with a pointy conical hat which made people feel tranquillity and serenity yet, his facial expression contradicted his appearance as he snorted with displeasure, rather annoyed at the racket.

"I am an official guard under the lord of this town, what is going on?! " the guard bellowed at the crowd.

Seeing a chance to escape from the clutches of Zhang Wei, Daniel quickly replied

"T-T-This man is trying to **** me!"

"What?!"The guard furrowed his brows in surprise but inspecting closely at Zhang Wei, he also,like the crowd, stepped back in disgust and a tinge of trepidation.

The crowd shot off strange looks but yet didn't dare to squeak a single word because they did not want to involve themselves in the situation.The guard saw no witnesses trying to dispute Daniel's rather unreliable claims so he decided to wing it as he too, wasn't too keen to get to the bottom of the situation.

"Audacious! How dare you **** and defile the reputation of our town! Brothers, take him down!"

Seeing the pig-faced Zhang Wei and the guards leaving, Daniel heaved a sigh of relief. Once he made sure the guards left, he went out of victim mode.

"Shoo! Shoo! If you're not here to buy anything, just bugger off because i'm trying to run a business"

Hearing this, The crowd coughed up blood as they gave glares at Daniel with mixed feelings
