70 Chapter 70 - Fate Worse Than Death

Axel had been tracking the Phantom Troupe.carefully studying their movements and gathering information. He knew where they are going and he reached their base before them.

Finally, they entered the base too. Axel had managed to locate himself in a good place surrounding the Phantom Troupe's temporary base, and he was now standing just a one hundred meters away from the entrance. He knew that this was his chance to gather the evidence he needed to bring the Troupe to justice.

With a deep breath, Axel activated his nen. The power surged through his body, filling him with strength and focus. He closed his eyes and concentrated, activating his silent "En" that covers more than 300 meters.

As he activated his "En" Axel's vision expanded to include everything within a 300-meter radius. He could see the entire layout of the base, the movements of the Troupe members, and the presence of any other nen users in the area.

"Illumi should be around here too, I need to be careful, he is too much of an unstable individual that would do many unexpected actions that I would not like to see"

"Especially against me."

Axel knew what kind of maniac and crazy individual Illumi is, he is not going to take his chances with him at all.

Axel's heart was racing as he watched the Troupe members moving about their business, completely unaware of his presence. He knew that one wrong move could mean the difference between success and failure, but he was determined to stay focused and complete his mission.

For hours, Axel watched and waited, his en allowing him to see everything that was happening inside the base. He saw the Troupe members conducting secret meetings, handling mysterious packages, and preparing for what he knew would be their next big heist.

Despite the danger and the risk, Axel remained calm and focused. With his nen and his en, he knew that he had the power to gather the evidence he needed to bring the Phantom Troupe to justice. And he was determined to do whatever it took to succeed.

As Axel continued to watch the Phantom Troupe's temporary base through his en, he noticed something strange happening. Gon and Killua had just left the base, with Pakunoda following closely behind them.

"So, everything is happening as in the series, my existence did not changed anything up until now."

Suddenly, his attention was drawn to something else. Hisoka, was following them out of the base.

"They already changed places with each other"

Axel exclaimed. With his En he is still able to see everything going inside of the base, he saw that in the place of Hisoka, an individual was sitting he looked completely like Hisoka.

"So, Illumi and Hisoka already swapped places with each other. It is scary to know and see that I have not noticed anything at all."

Axel knew that Illumi was one of the most unstable characters of the series and Axel was immediately on guard.

He did not wanted to have anything to do with him or have any connection with him. He believed Illumi is not somebody he would have any means to talk or what kind of behaviors and actions he would be showing against any words or behavior from his side.

He is not going to take chances, considering his a manipulator, one needle hit means death and Axel does not want to be a puppet of Illumi at all. That is a fate worse than death.
