Chapter 42 - Practice and Dark Continent Thoughts

Axel stood in the open field, surrounded by tall grass and with a clear blue sky overhead. He looked like a skilled fighter, which he was, with a pair of sickles in hand and a determined look in his eyes. He'd spent hours practicing movements and techniques that Void was familiar with but he wasn't.

He began with a series of powerful kicks, the wind rustling through the grass as he moved. He was quick and nimble, his movements fluid and precise. He had been working on this particular technique for weeks, as he felt like Void practiced it when he used it.

Next, he started to slash with his sickles, the blades whistling through the air as he cut through imaginary opponents. He was getting faster and more precise with each movement, his confidence growing as he felt the power in his strikes.

But Axel was not satisfied with just physical prowess. He was a Nen user, capable of harnessing and manipulating his life energy to achieve incredible feats. He closed his eyes and focused, calling forth his aura and feeling the rush of power that came with it.

As he continued to train, Axel talked to himself, mentally listing out ways to improve. "I need to work on my stamina so I can keep fighting without getting tired," he thought. "I need to be more aware of my surroundings, so I can react to any surprises in battle."

With each passing moment, Axel grew stronger and more confident in his abilities. He teleported constantly, then slashed back and forth and up and down from the obstacles, trying every technique and maximizing his two abilities.

He was determined to become the best fighter he could be, and he was willing to put in the hard work and dedication to get there.

After working for some time, Axel sat on the ground with his back against a tree, and his mind was filled with thoughts of the Dark Continent. As a hunter, he was always searching for new and exciting adventures, and the idea of exploring the uncharted territories of the Dark Continent was both thrilling and intimidating.

"I knew the majority of the series and how it was going to end as long as I didn't poke my nose in it."

"But the thing is, I don't know much about Dark Continent, as the series never continued that far. It just makes me more hungry for that knowledge.

The Dark Continent was said to be a place where humans had never set foot before, a land filled with dangers and mysteries beyond imagination. Axel had heard stories of incredible creatures, powerful Nen abilities, and ancient civilizations that had long since disappeared from the world.

As he sat there lost in thought, Axel couldn't help but wonder what kind of challenges he would face if he ever had the chance to explore the Dark Continent. He knew that it would be a difficult and dangerous journey, but the allure of discovering something new and unknown was too much for him to resist.

He closed his eyes, imagining what it would be like to set foot on that distant land and face whatever lay ahead. "I'll have to be at my absolute best if I want to survive," he thought to himself. "But the rewards will be worth it." "I'll be able to add to the knowledge of the world and maybe even make a name for myself as a hunter."

With that thought in mind, Axel rose to his feet, his determination renewed. He would continue to hone his skills to become the best hunter he could be, and one day he would make the journey to the Dark Continent and uncover its secrets.
