63 Chapter 63

On the tenth day of Yami and Dai's vacation which was supposed to be healing time, Yami recieved a message from Orochimaru.

It said that he and Dai were to reach back at Konoha as soon as possible and directly head towards Hokage's office. It was also mentioned that Konoha had managed to sign peace treaty with Kiri due to both their effort. Yami was relieved because he had no use in the land of water for now as he had finished looting no cpying the bloodlines which he found useful there.

Yami informed Dai and he was too eager to meet Gai so both of them set off immediately. Dai also needed to take his new jonin uniform and other small formalities. Yami was also happy because he knew that Tsunade had already returned to Konoha from her letter. She also complained a lot that Hokage was too selfish and wanted to remain here until the war situation stabilizes in future.. Yami just laughed and shrugged it off because Tsunade was being a child as she was also a shinobi of Konoha.

Both of them reached before Konoha main gates in two days and Yami could not help but feel a little nostalgic because it has been too long since he returned here. He could come back in a flash using Flying Thunder god anytime but had no particular reason to return either. Now he could relax for a while so his lazy attitude surged back again and was immediately displayed on his expression..

Well Yami had expected that they would be treated differently with huge respect but the villagers were being too enthusiastic. They were literally shouting their names as Yami and Dai walked towards the Hokage building. Yami did not like it not like it one bit because they were being too loud.

After walking for more than thirty minutes and getting rid of the crowd, both of them finally reached near red Hokage building. Yami could not care less about the unique infrastructure so he directly entered inside with a lazy expression as both of them were led to Hokage office by an anbu.

After entering inside , Yami could see red and white robed old Hokage and Shikaku there. Yami was surprised because he did not think he would meet his sensei so soon. He was angry too and Yami could guess the reason behind it. After all he was only aware that Yami used a forbidden technique and was injured heavily from the backlash of using it.. Their relationship was like brothers so Shikaku would naturally be angry as Yami was wounded by his own choice..

Yami looked at Hokage with a lazy expression and Hokage was looking at him with a proud and piercing gaze. Yami could not care less about that as his focus was on the old man's STATUS instead.

Yami felt that he was still little strong despite his old age and readily copied the Eight Trigrams seal because it was a useful one.

He now wanted to leave here immediately and meet Tsunade because he had no use staying here anyway.. Shikaku frowned watching Yami's lazy attitude before Hokage but he was not the one to say anything as he was no better either. Dai was still spirited like usual and him and Yami knelt on one knee before old man Hokage.

" You both did a great job. I have only heard about the eight inner gates formation technique from Choza and have not seen it myself. Can you display it once ? "

Yami did not want to accompany this old guy anymore so he did not wait to head somewhere else and immediately opened his 6th gate right inside the office before closing it again after two seconds. The damage to the floor was already done though as it had huge cracks in it. Dai gave a thumbs up to Yami while Shikaku was speechless. Hokage was frozen on his seat because he did not expect Yami to take things too seriously and display the technique here inside his office. He did not think much though because he was more stunned by the powerful green aura which he could feel and see with his own eyes before..

Little did he know that Yami did so because he wanted to leave here as soon as possible and he did not even display one third of his real might before...
