38 Chapter 38

Yami when entered inside a small tent, he saw Shimizu lying unconscious on small bed. He was sweating buckets and groaning from pain but was not conscious. Yami could feel his anger skyrocketing immediately as he saw his friend in such a helpless state.

Yami's chara automatically started rotating and rushing toward his eyes which absorbed it like a blackhole.

" Shit. "

Yami cursed loudly as he felt the pain from his eyes and strange Yin chakra from his soul. He only knew this fact that he was going to awaken mangekyo sharingan now. But Yami could feel that he was soon going to fall unconscious as his chakra was being sucked into his eyes uncontrollably and it would deplete at this rate.

Yami's chakra was not in his control right now but he wanted to heal Shimizu first. Yami's mind started running at insane speed as he could endure some of the pain due to his strong pain resistance skill. He quickly had an idea and brought one of his shadow clones out of the seal on the right palm.

" Heal him with wood style medical chakra. "

Yami said while stuttering in a painful voice as he held his head with both hands feeling head splitting pain. Seeing the shadow clone nod and getting to work, Yami immediately teleported himself out of the tent towards the hidden underground base near the base camp.

Yami did not relax as he started fighting the pain coming from his soul because if he fell unconscious now then his shadow clone would disappear too. He just had to endure for few seconds more as his wood style chakra could cure Shimizu's poison instantly.

As expected soon experience from the shadow clone came inside his mind and Yami finally could not hold himself. He was feeling too exhausted in both mind and body. Yami managed to form a smile as he felt relieved because Shimizu would be fine now. Then he immediately fell unconscious on the cold ground.

Meanwhile inside the base camp.

A blonde wearing green jacket was feeling angry as she rudely entered inside Shimizu's tent ready for a fight. She was instantly stunned and her expression turned into bewilderment because she could see Shimizu sleeping soundly on the bed and no one else was there.

" How? I remember that this kid was already close to death bed. His body was more than twenty percent contaminated by Chiyo's poison. Why is he suddenly fine now? "

The blonde suddenly fell silent as she continued to check Shimizu's body feeling more and more astonished with time. When she sent her powerful chakra inside Shimizu's body to inspect it's current state, she immediately retracted her hand feeling shocked because she could feel immense vitality in his cells.

She called for a medical nin who had reported to her before that a teenager ninja had barged inside this tent.

Tsunade asked in a calm tone which shocked young Kenshin because he knew that Tsunade was constantly angry since she came here due to the Chiyo's poison which was proving hard to crack even for her.

' What could have changed her mood ?' Kenshin thought silently but shrugged it when he saw Tsunade's eyes looking straight at him.

He did not want to piss off one of the legendary sannin so he immediately answered.

" Ahem.. yes Tsunade sama. His name is Nakamura Yami. He is a very famous and capable Tokubetsu Jonin of Konoha. He had gained huge merits at the battlefield and he was also the one who solely completed the scouting mission of Suna's ambush group led by Kage level ninja Pakura of the Scorch style. What about him, Tsunade sama?"

Tsunade did not answer Kenshin back and just told him to leave her alone. After he left, Tsunade immediately started thinking .

' Hmm.. where did that Yami brat go? How did he leave here so quickly. I got here in seconds after the report came to vent some of my anger on him.
