28 Chapter 28

Yami and his squad finally arrived near the chaotic area where seven jonins of Konoha were fighting with a group of 9 Suna jonins.

Konoha nin were facing huge pressure because their attacks were constantly being interrupted by the enemy chunin who did not attack harshly and just continued to intercept their attacks using mid and long range jutsu.

Seventeen chunin were at this job so no wonder the Konoha jonin were facing huge pressure. Just when Hyuga Maeko was getting ready to use her eight triagrams palm rotation technique to repel all enemy attacks herself for a while and let her allies prepare for desperate attack , she saw Yami smiling and waving his hand at her from seventy meters away.

She was speechless because that young teenager had somehow managed to enter inside her Byakugan range without her noticing. She decided to trust him because this was an incredible feat as she had huge battle experience as a jonin and always focused on her surroundings fairly even during battles. She told her jonin allies with small hand signs at her back that they should wait and see because some reinforcements had arrived.

Yami smiled as he could sense that the Hyuga beauty had understood his message. He looked at his teammates who were shivering behind him under a small sand dune from fear and could only massage his forehead feeling stupid because he forgot that they were just recently promoted to chunin rank and had not experienced such a thrilling and scary battle among jonin class ninja..

" Ahem.. well I am not versatile with words so I will just say that watch my battle from here as you will be safe here as long as you dont make any move."

Yami coughed awkwardly and said because he had placed chakra masking seals on them which he had created himself. They could completely mask the chakra signature of a ninja as long as they did not try to mold it. Now three of them wont appear any different from civilians to enemy sensors so it would be best to not move from their place at all because it would be extremely suspicious if civilians somehow arrived in the battlefield after all.

Just in case Yami created a shadow clone and left him to protect them. He then immediately flashed towards the battle area using body Flicker at full speed with a grin on his face.

The enemies noticed Yami immediately because he did not even bother to hide his killing intent at all and continued to advance towards them at fast speed. They could not see him properly with naked eyes..

( Yami POV )

I used normal body Flicker jutsu but could sense that the ebony jonin were not readily able to follow my movements. I smiled but I also knew that they could react to my speed with their senses and battle experience. So I did not rush towards them and instead flashed towards the seventeen chunin who were really annoying my jonin allies with mid and long range ninjutsu. Sadly no enemy this time had special bloodline worth looting too..

The chunin were aware of my me from the shouts of the enemy jonins but I sneered because it did not mean that they could react to my speed anyway. I had decided long ago that I will focus on speedy battle style when I'm fighting in front of allies. My reason was simple because I wanted cool nickname as Yellow Flash Minato who got it due to speed.

The chunin were experienced and had great teamwork as already some fire jutsu empowered by other wind justu were flying at me. I quickly used swift release chakra and my instant movement speed and range increased more than three times from before. The chunin were already doomed when they dared to underestimate me and tried to deal with me using some low level jutsu..

They were idoits because they did not even think that nobody would be reckless enough to come alone as reinforcements into this battle of the strong unless they have too much confidence in their abilities.

I just flashed here and there quickly chopped all the chunins in mere twenty three seconds using my chakra infused short sword . Kenjutsu was really amazing as I could easily block and counter enemy's attack which were filled with loopholes. I guess I had to thank Sakumo san for that because he had too much experience fighting with various enemies and I looted no copied that as it is.

The enemy jonin were shocked and I enjoyed their expressions very much too . Still these bastards again dared to underestimate me and sent only two jonin to deal with me . Bastards, if I wanted to then I would have killed all of you in few seconds using my Flying Thunder God jutsu. Hmphf.. I snorted in disdain as the two enemies turned out to be puppet masters who were too weak against my versatile KENJUTSU.

Still I did not want to my advanced kenjutsu techniques as they were copied from Sakumo so I decided to use another jutsu to deal with them.

I started infusing yang release chakra in both my legs and smirked because they really became at least five times stronger than before . I quickly used Body Flicker in this state and practically vanished from the eyes and even other senses of the two jonin who had focused too much on puppet jutsu and neglected their taijutsu senses. They were to blame for that and I was glad to finish them easily.

I slashed their necks with my wind chakra infused short sword easily but grimaced a little because the toll of using yang release new technique was greater than I had expected. The price must be paid for quick gain after all . I just smirked a second later though because your father had senju bloodline and wood release so the pain was gone in just few seconds.. Damn...Sage body was too good at healing injuries passively.

I looked at the Hyuga beauty whom I met for first time today and nodded at her once before leaving this battle area because they would be easily able to deal with rest of the jonins by themselves. I had to focus on grinding for more and more kill points after all . So cannon fodder were the best for that . Hyuga's were elites even branch members so I was not worried about them if the enemy was non bloodline user and even the numbers were equal .

I argued behind the small sand dune and quickly dispelled the shadow and enjoyed the feeling greatly when my lost chakra was already back to great extent . Shadow clones were really good source as chakra batteries..

I was speechless when the three teenagers gave me disbelief looks because I had thought that they were aware little of my strenght when I thrashed them two days during the spar with them.. Sigh.. looks like I had shown more strength than their brains could follow.. they would definitely die from shock if they knew about my other awesome techniques at this rate..
