7 Darkness And Sorry

Kaal's POV

Darkness was the only word one could define it. No more, no less. It was so black, so nothing. I was sure I had felt the same nothingness before, but I exactly couldn't remember where. I felt so numb, so still, so stuck that I couldn't help but remember how it was when I was able to move.

Wait, was I able to move? I mean when? Who am I anyway?

I was busy questioning my own self when I felt a presence, it wasn't warm or something, but it was as nothing like me. I felt it coming closer and closer and then I heard, "How can they do this? Why me?"

The voice was shrill so I assume it's a girl. Saying that she started to sob, which made something inside me stir. I felt as if something heavy was clouding me. Now it wasn't only nothing, but the feeling was heavy. Her sobs were getting painful and suddenly I felt something on me, it was a drop of water. Wait, it wasn't any drop of water, it was her tear. As I felt more and more tears falling on me, I couldn't help but get more frustrated. I tried to reach the girl but I was stuck.

I couldn't move my legs or arms if I ever had any. Anything, I would like to take her tears away, just anything.

I was determined to move and started to tear my own skin, which I hardly believe was even skin and tried towards the girl, but as I tried more and more the girl started to fade away, further and further away.

As the girl disappeared completely I saw the same figure again, that smile, those white empty eyes. Was she mocking me? Smiling at my misery?

But all I felt from her was the warmth that I was missing, I didn't felt the warmth from that girl, but it was agony when her tears fell on me.

But soon the smile started to fade away like the girl and I didn't try to stop it, because I knew even if I try it gonna wash away, so I let it be until I felt a warm light invading the darkness again. And I heard, "Kaal?...Kaal?"

It was then when I opened my eyes.

---In Kaal's Dorm Room---

Noah sighed heavily as he saw Kaal opening his eyes. He said, "He's alright now, you can stop."

Hearing that Lucious got up from the floor where he was sitting cross-cross, his forehead was full of sweat beads. As he tried to stand up, his noddle legs didn't support him, making him hit the hard surface again against his boot.

He held his head as he tried to maintain posture, but failed miserably. But a hand supported him and he was taken in the embrace of Noah's heavy chest. Noah said, "You okay?"

He nodded and looked at now sitting Kaal, who was looking at him with his dark eyes. He suddenly felt fear stirring inside him and he couldn't help but moved to Noah's chest and try not to whimper. But both Noah and Kaal clearly understood what he was suffering from. Kaal said, "Thanks."

Lucious felt he heard wrong and tried to ignore it but then again, "Thanks for the healing."

He slowly faced Kaal who was now having a bit soft glance, a bit means not that dangerous look from before. Lucious only nodded think, 'He does talk?'

He shrugged the thought as soon as it came because he remembered what happened last time when he asked if he talks or not. Noah ended the awkward silence saying, "I didn't know air element can heal too."

Lucious said, "It wasn't healing..."

Both Noah and Kaal eyed Lucious and he suddenly felt his cheek get red ad he tried to hide against Noah's large shirt, which Noah never agreed to take back. He said, "I-It was just air element. I noticed you blacked out, so I thought sending more air to your body would help it gain access to your brain and that'll make you wake up. So all I did was just send you more oxygen so that your cells can regenerate them. But I drained because I felt as if I didn't heal one person's body, I felt as if it was a hundred at the same time."

Noah chuckled as saying "Maybe because he is a black hole born."

Lucious's eyes get wide as he heard this he felt himself covering away as far as possible and looked at Kaal with most fearful eyes. Kaal couldn't help but roll his eyes at the silly child. Noah added, "Don't worry, he won't harm you."

It took a bit for Lucious to come back to reality as he asked, "D-Dark queen made you?"

Kaal nodded smirking at the whimpering boy as the boy practically scooted away from Noah's grip. Noah rolled his eyes on Kaal as he said, "Stop it already."

He went to Lucious offering him his hand with, "He's a bit sadistic, so you better not show your weakness."

Noddingly Lucious took Noah's offer and stood up. He faced Kaal again, saying, "I have come're to say sorry."

Kaal gave him a confused brow and he continued, "I am sorry to you and Dark Queen too. I shouldn't have disrespected her as well as you."

Kaal slightly nodded getting up from the bed and started towards the exit but Lucious said, "A-And-"

This gets Kaal's attention as he stopped and looked at the smaller boy, who gulped visibly and added, "I-I am not saying this because I am afraid or something. I am saying this by my heart, I really apologize for my rude behaviour. As a pillar, it is my responsibility to make you comfortable in our school, but I misused my post and powers. I am so sincerely sorry for that."

Hearing these words from the boy who was just whimpering a moment ago, Kaal couldn't help but get amused by it. He eyes him from head to toe and Lucious again felt the fear grasping him but this time he just flinched and gained his posture back, looking straight into his eyes. Suddenly Kaal smirked saying, "I forgive you, but it won't make me go easy on you in matches. You are my main target."

Lucious's eyes went wide at the mention of matches and he looked at Noah for an explanation, whereas Kaal moved on from the door. Noah smiled at him apologetically and started explaining the instances of today's event.
