2 1200 Years Ago
It's a story from long, long ago. About 1200 years back from the present time when the deities and the Asuras fight with each other.
The King of Heaven was ruling the Heavens and was taking care of the life and death of humans according to the rules.
Everything was going fine but time to the Asuras kept on attacking them to capture Heaven and rule over it.
The King of the Heavens always lived in worry that when might the Asura would attack them.
The Heaven King had only heavenly force with him but the Asuras' had all the different kinds of Asura with them and their Kingdom was wide and broad. They were already the rulers of 3 realms out of the 6 and now their aim was God realms. They had collected the force from all the 3 realms to attack the heavens so their force was far bigger than the heavens.
But Years ago The King of Asura and the King of heaven joined hands and vowed not to fight anymore and became friends. But suddenly 1200 years ago the war was initiated by some Asuras' who were hungry for power and heavens.
They decided to attack the heavens and the heavens had no one to save them from the neverending power of Asuras.
The King of Heaven met the King of Asura and it was set that the war would happen.
There were only 10 days left to start the war and The King of Heavens was dying of anxiety.
King Tianzhu wanted to keep his Kingdom and Heavens safe at any rate so he disappeared by advising the deities of heavens and others
"I, Tianzhu, The King of Heavens would be going under deep meditation for the next ten days and will only come out with the solution to end all of these Asuras."
His voice was firm and determined " I want my four Honour of heavens to take care of the whole sky until I am absent"
He said and disappeared in thin air.
The deities were dying of anxiety as not many days were left until the force of Asura arrived at the entrance of Heaven.
And finally the day came and the fiery force of Asura attacked them but the King of Asura and the King of Heavens were nowhere to be seen.
The fight went on for straight 10 days but there was no news from Tianzhu. Up until now the Gods' side was holding well but in front of the huge force of Asuras' they started losing and on 21st days since Tianzhu had left, arrived but did not went to fight but instead he had sent and beautiful and gorgeous woman to fight who rained at the Asuars like fire and killed them like cutting veggies in the kitchen.
Most of them died and some which were left ran to save their lives from her.
She spared no one and killed everyone who came in her way and at last it was said that she captured the King of Asura and killed him and after killing him, she imprisoned his soul in a mirror. Later she fought a lot of fights for the heavens and won them single handedly. Her power was too much to handle for a normal human or Asuras and even 10 and 100 of normal deities could not defeat her unless they had some special powers.
And presented it to the King of Heavens, Tianzhu.
But it was said that for some reasons she opposed the King of Heavens and was sentenced to death. Once for all.
When she was about to be killed when a light appeared in front of everyone making them go blind.Everyone kneeled down even Tianzhu, the king of Heavens. They could see nothing but blinding light in front of them. It was the Jade Emperor who had appeared, the God of Gods and stopped them.
"What do you want, the Goddess of War?" A heavenly voice came from the source of light.
The Goddess of War said nothing and in the end she was about to lose her chance when she said "I, The Goddess of War, Hate myself for killing this much. Why can they feel joy and love and I can't? Why have they all the fun but I am not and only to kill? I want to know? I want to leave the heavens! I hate the heavens and people from here!"
She said each and every word with her clenched teeth as if she was suffering so much.
"Fine! I grant your wish and give you 12 life times in the mortal world. Go and see if mortals are better than immortals or not? I will be waiting for your answer.. but!"
The heavenly voice said and continued " In all these lifetimes if you cannot understand your own heart then you have to come back and live as the war of goddess"
"I don't know what a heart is! But I am sure I would never like to come back at this place which is even worse than hell for me"
She was chained and her all four limbs had been stretching hard making it hard for her to stay at her place.
"No! You are getting these chances but I will take all the memories of heaven from you. Just go to the forgetting river and drink the forgetting water to start a new life" The Jade emperor said and took all her memories and put them in a beautiful mirror.
She saw it happening with her own eyes. Since she had not yet drank the water from the forgetting river she still could tell what was happening.
The Jade of Emperor handed the mirror to the King of Heavens
"Keep it safe! This is your responsibility to manage it. It's your last chance as well"
He said and disappeared into thin air. All the eye blinding lights were gone and as per the order of the Jade Emperor her hands and legs were set free.
She yelled as soon as she was free "Silver Light'" As soon as she said a shining sword came flying ``God knows from where'' and stopped right in her hands.
"I, The Goddess of War, will not be leaving anyone today. I will destroy the heaven at once"
She roared in anger and started fighting the Gods around her.
No one was at her match. When she could kill Asuras single handedly then why were they even her match? She was the Goddess of War! Who could match her power and strength?
After defeating everyone else, she barged towards the King of Heavens, Tianzhu but before she could even do anything he attacked her "Goddess of War, I, Tianzhu will never attack on you! It's better you accept your fate and a chance given my the Jade Emperor or you will lose the chance to live as mortal, let alone living as immortal"
The girl in front of him started laughing. "Hahahaha… Tianzhu! It doesn't matter even if I die today but the game you have played with me for not telling something which I suppose to know, was the biggest betrayal of my life."
She said and attacked him.
Tianzhu was only defending himself. His mouth twitched when she talked about betrayal.
"Tianzhu! Do you think I really care? As long as I will destroy this heaven I will not have any regrets…"
She was about to attack him, when Tianzhu took out his sword and broke the mirror into 6 pieces.
As soon as the mirror broke, The Goddess of War lost herself and fainted after some time.
1200 years later,
At the Decayed Mountains.
A faceless man was sitting behind the bars wearing all black and covering his head with a hoodie type dress.
A lot of demons, fiends, giants and monsters were standing outside the bar.
"It's the day again?"
The faceless man said in a horrible voice.
"Yes my lord! But this time something seems different. This has never happened in eleven hundred of years"
A man came forward and said while kneeling on one of his knees.
"What's the difference this time!?"
The faceless man asked in a puzzled voice but still not losing his horrifying tone.
"M-My Lord… The.. The trusted Astrologer of Asuras' has predicted that the position of stars are different from before. There may be a lot of chances for changes. "
"What changes could possibly happen! We have been looking for that Goddess but the heavens are protecting her even when she is in mortal world"
One of the men said annoyingly.
The faceless man's voice turned even more horrifying
"Are the positions of stars in our favor or not? We have waited enough!"
At that moment, The Astrologer himself came in and kneeled in front of him fully and bowed three times.
"All Hail! My Lord"
He said while holding his long sleeves of the robes which were coming in his way while bowing.
"Say! What news did you come with?"
The faceless man asked.
After the war and massacre by the Goddess of War, there were not many Asuras left on the planet.
During the time most of them took part just because they were from the same family. But after the war ended they hid themselves to live their lives peacefully in between humans.
But there were still some of them who wanted to take part in another war and win the heavens. They wanted to make things happen which never happened 1200 years ago. But for that to happen they needed the Goddess of War to release the soul of their King.
But since the real King was not present, the faceless man was guiding them to their path who were willing to take revenge.
"My Lord" The Astrologer said politely
"The situation is fifty- fifty for both sides. We can't tell who can take the chance but before that we need to look for her"
He looked up, stretched his hands and put one hand on the other and slightly bowed his head in respect.
"Ou Yang, you have given me good news after so many years of waiting. I would like to meet you alone but not now"
The faceless man said and shut his mouth. No one dared to talk after that.
"Is he still following her in this life too?"
No one said anything until their King asked something.
"Ye- Yes My King! He is not only going to follow her in this lifetime they are even going to come in this world on the same date and same time"
Ou Yang said and stood up, hands still stretched and head down.
"Very Well!"
The faceless King said and started laughing
"Hahaha! Hahaha! He is such a fool to follow her all the way here. Even though he will follow her for the whole of his life, he will never be able to get her!"
"Their destinies are mingled but they are not! They will never meet each other. They are like two poles of the world. Like 6 realms of the world which can never merge into one another."
He laughed like a maniac!.
His laughter was even more horrible than his talks.
He was even making the giants, fiends, monsters and demons feel weak in their knees.
He laughed to his heart content and said "Go look for her everywhere. I don't need the guy. I don't care about him at all! I just need the Goddess of War! She is needed and you have to get her this time no matter what! You guys have wasted 1100 years till now, but not anymore!"
He said and put his hand in front of his face and waved his long sleeves and disappeared from everyone's sight.
The other men present there started planning.
They wanted to look for her first to gain the trust of the King himself.
Everyone had their own plans but still they were working together to win the heavens.
