18 First Mission (3)

Three days later, at night, I was ready to go. I met with my sister at her room to confirm our plan once again.

"So, I'll tell something made up to our parents. Then you'll go from your window with rope. After that you'll miss call me and I'll go to your room and hid the rope. It's like that right ?" said her.

"Yes. And, can you wake up in the midnight ? I need you to throw the rope down when I got back."

"Okay. Call me when you're back."

"Okay. Then let's go." I said. I turned my back to go out from her room.

"Wait." said her.

"What ?" I turner around to see her. But unexpectedly, she rushed to me and embrace me. There was even tears in the corner of her eyes. I was dumbfounded.

"Come home safely..." said her. I realized that she is worried about me. I feel warmth in my heart. I put on a smile and pat her head.

"Don't worry about me. I'll come back safely. I can't leave my little sister alone." I said to her.

"Umm" she nodded. After a while she let go of her embrace.

"Get ready. I'll go downstairs to distract them." She said. After that, she go to downstairs.

I go to my room to prepare the rope. I wait for a while. Then I start to go down with the rope. After that, I sneak to the bushes. I start to walk slowly toward street. I call for a taxi and go to our base.

After 15 minutes, I arrived at base. I came to the front desk like before. I showed him my ID card. He nodded and turn his attention to his work. I walk to lift and touch my ID to the panel. I pressed the button to the main room. The lift start to descend. Not long, the door opened. The huge monitor used to monitor all movements greets me. I walk to Miss Ann's desk.

"Ryan Smith, came to report." I said seriously. Miss Ann finally take a glance.

"Oh, Ryan. You've come. Help me sort this document a bit. We'll go 15 minutes later." said her as she give me a document. I took the document and began to help her sort it. I took a glance to his document. Apparently, this is document for this base. Almost all of it related to this base's resources.

"Okay. That's enough. Let's go." said Miss Ann. I checked the time. It precisely 15 minutes. She quickly leave the room. I followed her. We arrived at a parking lot. It must be an underground parking. I saw her S30 parked there.

"You can drive right ?" asked her.

"Yes." I answered, slightly confused for why she asked that question.

"Take this. You're driving." she throw her key and get in the car. I stood dumbfounded. I stare at the key at my hand. I can't believe this. I'll drive S30.

"What are you doing ? Come on. Or we'll be late." urge her. I quickly get in the car. I started the car and drive it out of parking lot and then drive it toward First Time Club.

"During this mission, you'll be my partner. I'll be your woman and you'll be my man. Remember that. Don't call me miss at club. I don't want people be wary of us." said her.

"Yes."

"Our target, The Owner will conduct their business around 11PM at his VIP room. We need to collect the evidences for this transaction and apprehend him. If apprehend was out of question, then we'll kill him on the spot. For the client, it was Teddy Tyler, one of big businessman. We already investigate it and found that he have many illegal business in a few countries. This time, if we can also apprehend him, it'll be 'kill two birds with one stone'. Our higher up surely reward us nicely." She explained.

I nodded. Thanks to her explanation, I roughly understand the mission. Collect the evidences then apprehend or kill cornered.

We arrived at the place. It was a big club. The sign, 'First Time Club' was installed at the entrance.

"Call me Ann from now on." she reminded me.

"Yes, Ann." I replied. She just smiled at that. I parked the car in the provided parking lot. I get out of the car and opened the door for Miss Ann. I took her hand and hook it with mine. We really look like a couple. We entered the club. The guard checked us and let us in. We go to the bar and ordered the drink. I talk to her a bit and turned my body too look around. After that I look at Miss Ann again.

"I found him. He was at the table near the stairs. Probably, he's waiting for teddy." I said with low voice.

"I see him. Turn on your communicative device. We'll wait for Teddy and proceed on mission."

"Roger."

We wait half an hour. Teddy, his client finally came. He walk toward The Owner. The Owner greet him with smile. He pat his shoulder a few times before sitting back. They chat for another hour. I feel tired to watch them like this. Finally they go upstairs. Their respective bodyguard followed behind.

"Proceed on mission." Miss Ann said. She go upstairs to follow them. I go to the toilet as planned. I had to sneak upstairs. I found another stairs near the toilets. I go upstairs and saw their's bodyguard stood in front of VIP room. I found Miss Ann walk unsteadily. She bumped to one of bodyguard. She make a fuss. They sneered. They grab her and take her to one of rooms available. I know that Miss Ann will take care of them so I sneak to the door they guarded and peek a bit. I saw The Owner and Teddy discussing about something. I put a small mic into the room. I put it near the wall so they will not notice it. I headed to the room where Miss Ann was taken by the guard. I knocked it. Miss Ann open the door. I saw the unconsciousness guards behind the tables. They were tied with rope.

"I already place a mic. We should be able to hear and record it." I said as I took out the device.

"Great." she replied.

We listened carefully to what they saying.

"As our agreement, I'll give you this 4 girls."

"Yes. I'll transfer the money to you now."

*DING*

"Good. I have received the payment. Take care of them."

"Hahaha. Okay. It's nice to make a deal with you."

"You too. Hahaha"

We listened it carefully. I unconsciously tightened my fist when I heard he said 4 girls. I really want to hit that guy right now.

"Calm yourself. We have enough evidence. We'll go to that room now." said Miss Ann. She walk out the room and gesture me to follow her.

I followed behind her with cold gaze in my eyes.
