22 Encounter With Hitman

I wake in the morning with a sore head. I look around and realize that I was in my bedroom. What I remember is that I'm at base, partying with other member. After that someone offer me a drink. I accepted it and drink it. I drank a few glasses. I feel dizzy and started to swaying. Then I fell unconscious. I wake up from the bed and went to bathroom. I showered a bit and change my clothes to uniform. I go downstairs only to found that my mother was there, sitting in the chair, waiting for me. When she notice me, she give a glare. I shrank my back. Natalie's body already trembling beside her, holding back her laughter, I sat down and ate my breakfast under my mother's glare. When I'm finished my breakfast, my mother still glaring at me. I straight up my body and brave myself.

"Mom, Is there something on my face, or you realize that I'm handsome and want to look at me ?" I said.

People said, if you want to build a conversation with tense atmosphere, then you need to joke. Natalie can't hold it any longer and laugh out loud. She laugh while hold her stomach. My mother's lip twitches furiously, with dark line emerge above her brow.

"What nonsense you saying ???" said her with deep tone. I shut my mouth when I heard her deep tone. Natalie also stop her laughing.

"Do you know how worried I am when I saw you unconscious last night ? It's only a few days and you already made me worried again. Fortunately you woke up this morning. If not, your friends will pay for it." she said.

"I'm sorry." I said as I lowered my head.

"You know how to apologize ? I'll forgive you this time but I don't want it happen again."

"Yes."

"Good, then go with Natalie." she said. I and Natalie bid farewell to her and went to school.

As soon as I arrived at classroom, I quickly went to my table and lie my head on the table. There are too much problem that I need to solve. First of all was my way to go to do a mission. Since I already made my mother worried about me two times, she definitely raised her vigilance around me. The second is about mission's danger or risk. My life was on risk every time I do a mission. My first mission was the proof. If not for Miss Ann as a bait, the bodyguard will 'handled' me. Even when Shadow instruct me when I fight, I can't guarantee that I can do his instruction without fail since my body is lack of training. Just this two problems already made my head ache.

"What are you thinking ?" Jack's voice came from the front.

I lift my head and saw him in front of me.

"Nope. Just something trivial." I said.

"Really ?" he said in teasing manner. I have an urge to hit him now. I had a sudden realization. What I lack was body training. I can ask this guy to help me.

"Can you help me with something ?" I asked him.

"What is it ?"

"I want you to help me to train my body." I said with seriousness. He give me a smile, and want to tease me. But when he saw my seriousness, he retract his smile.

"Are you sure ? What happened ?" asked him.

"I'll tell you later. Can you help me ?" I asked once again. He look at my eyes for a moment, before sighing.

"Okay. I'll help you, But tell me the reason later. And don't complain to me when you can't endure the training. It will be very harsh." he said.

"Okay. Thank you." I thanked him. With this, one of the problem solved.

"By the way, do you know that we will have transfer student ?" he asked.

"I don't know. But I want to ask something. Why do you know every latest news ?" I asked.

"Hehehe. If you just put more effort then you can get any kind of information, including latest news." he said while laughing.

"Haahh...." I sighed. This guy really capable when doing this sort of thing.

"Do you want to guess whether the transfer student is a girl or boy ?" he asked.

"It's a boy." I replied without hesitation.

"Whaaa. Why you can guess it ?" he asked with disbelief.

"Well, If it was a girl then you will not sit here calmly. You'll be excited and ask me to help you pursue her." I said with sigh.

"Hehehe.... You are definitely my brother. You really knew me." He said with smile.

"Really. The school really know when is the best time, Always disturbed the best time." He said. I smiled at that. I agree with him. The school always disturbed us at the best time.

"Good Morning Everyone." Teacher's voice came from the front. I saw him stood in front of class, with another boy with our uniform. It must be the transfer student.

"Today we have a new transfer student. Go introduce yourself." he said to the boy.

"Hello everyone, I'm Anderson. James Anderson. You can call me James, but I prefer Anderson." he said with smile.

"Okay. Your seat is there." Teacher said while pointing the seat beside me. He nodded and walk toward the seat. When he approached, Shadow, which didn't appear after my test before, spoke.

[Be careful of that guy.] he said.

[Why ?] I'm confused. Why he tell me to be careful with him.

[I smell blood from him.] I'm confused. I try to smell the air but can't smell anything.

[Fool. A normal people like you can't smell it. The smell was faint, but it can't deceive a hitman like me. If I'm not mistaken about this, then this guy must be a hitman, just like me.]

[Because only hitman has such smell. Anyway stay away from him.] with that, he return to my consciousness. I thought about his word. Why can this guy was a hitman ? What his purpose to come to this place ?
